In part one of this 2 part series, we examined the two worlds in which we
live -- the physical/material world where money is king, and the
metaphysical/spiritual world where Divine Spirit rules.
Today, let's explore how we might bring these two worlds together in a way,
through challenging, can lead us to an inspiring life on purpose. |

| Management Question:
Do you approach each new day with a set of logical convictions in your head that help you attain your goals? Are you focused intently on achievement, winning, and gain? If so, bravo! You have a great sense of objective management skills and behaviors. You are being important.
This is needed for results.
Leadership Question:
Are you also checking that “gyroscope” in your heart to see if you are being an actual caring, empathetic, and understanding human being while you achieve your results? Are you getting your results through healthy relationships? If so, then even better! You have a great sense of subjective leadership skills and behaviors. You are now being influential.
This is needed for excellence! |

For several months now I've known that what's next in my own personal
journey along the Purposeful Path is to delve more deeply into my
relationship with money and finance. I've said it several ways -- to have a
breakthrough, a transformation, to create a new relationship with money --
one that is more empowering and that gives me access to greater freedom and
power in this important part of the physical/material world. |

Company Vision, Mission, and Values, What’s the Difference?

| I was asked recently by a friend to explain the difference between a vision statement, a mission statement, and a values statement. I must confess that I struggled to answer the question as many organizations seem to use these terms interchangeably. Then my parochial school education kicked in - I had heard a lot about people with a mission when at Catholic school - they called them “Missionaries”. So what was their mission? It could be described as to carry out the “Vision of Jesus of Nazareth” (he was certainly a visionary) and to do this in accordance with the values he espoused. |

| In the bible, Jesus talks about the parable of the talents, wherein the person who multiplied his portion of the money was given more and the one who hoarded it lost even that. The same is EXACTLY true in real life. People who adopted and applied this philosophy multiplied their resources and became rich, and the ones who did not remained poor. I am of the opinion that we everyone of planet earth could apply this philosophy then there wouldn’t be any poverty at all, which in turn will lead to more harmony, less crime and more peace.
So if there was a PRACTICAL way for the masses to apply the philosophy, people would be must better off financially. This article will show you exactly what you need to do to apply this teaching. |
