| In 1981, G.T. Doran coined the term SMART Goals. Smart stood for, Specific, Measurable, Assignable, Realistic, and Time Bound. This article is about my set of DUMB goals that could be added.
A lot has changed in 30 years, and we live in a different world. For example, 30 years ago we communicated mostly by using our mouth and ears, rather than our thumb and eyes. In 1981, the word "green " was a color, rather than a corporate mandate. Back then, families actually sat at the dinner table together with no cell phones.
