He lists 12 lessons not to be lost or forgotten -- worthy, because unlike other such articles, Guy has been inside the tent and experienced first hand what it was like to work with Jobs (he was the chief evangelist of Apple). I particularly like lesson #9 -- A players hire A+ players. This is precisely why hiring the right people is still your most important leadership skill.
