If I had to choose between being right and losing a valued customer and being wrong and helping my customer see the situation as their opportunity - I would be wrong every time.

Now is the time when the “weeding out” process begins. Now is the time when those who “cannot or will not” are replaced by those who can, will, and DO!

The point of the story is to celebrate each failure you have because it gives you the opportunity to try again. Most people make the mistake in thinking that, just because they failed at something, they should just move on. Or, if they failed it meant they were never meant to succeed at it. Wrong, wrong, wrong!
