The Bank Blame Game Again
We're back doing the bank blame game, and I really wish it would stop. Can't we go back to beating up on credit rating agencies? That was more pleasurable, and much cheaper. We didn't have to spend billions to feel bad -- we could just cold-cock them on principle.

The Heart of Business Strategy: 48 Things That Matter
We usually think of business strategy as some sort of aspirational market positioning statement. Doubtless that's part of it. But I believe that the number one "strategic strength" is excellence in execution and systemic relationships (i.e., with everyone we come in contact with). Hence I offer the following 48 pieces of advice for creating a winning strategy that is inherently sustainable:

How Musicians Can Leverage the Power of the Internet to Create a Global Presence for their Music.

Leadership Accountability
When a person is hired or promoted to a management position, where people are required to report directly to them, inherent in that action is accountability for those employee's performance and productivity. This often comes as a surprise or shock to a manager when they receive their first performance review and it is less than satisfactory. A sales person is solely responsible for himself or herself and the work they perform. Once promoted to management this accountability for what others may or may not accomplish is new territory for them.

Turn Your Do-List Into A Game
The do-list is a burden we carry around, day in, day out. When we have nearly completed it, we or someone else dumps more "do" on it. It's a game you never win. Turning your do-list into a game, by making it a scorecard, shifts the paradigm. Now it becomes a game - a game which you can win or lose, a game where you don't win 'em all, a game which is both challenging and entertaining. What a difference!

The anatomy of failure: Four questions to ask when your marketing isn’t working
When you're unhappy with your marketing results (or other business results, for that matter), it's all too easy to blame yourself, blame others, and/or blame circumstances beyond your control. Typically, that approach doesn't help you move forward; it either keeps you stuck or moving backwards. Are You In The Game
Have you ever noticed that it is the people in the stands who supposedly know everything about the game? They give all kinds of advice, but you don't see them actually in the game. It is as if the game exists only for them. Many will say that yes, the game does exist for the fans, for without the fans, where would the game be? I'd like to throw a wrench into that argument and say that, yes the fans are an important part of the game, but without the players, the game wouldn't exist either.

Persnal Responsibility Leads to Success
The blame game takes you to the bottom not the top. Here are some ways to sky rocket to success.

No Blame Game Played By Highly Successful Online Business Owners
Online business owners realise that to have the massive success they desire they must not put blame on others for their failures. Wasting time and energy on none income producing activities such as playing the blame game will only lead to certain failure in the highly competetive online home business arena.

Solving the Problem or Finding the Guilty
We have developed into a blaming society. Mom blames the older siblings when problems arise in the household. Teacher finds someone to blame when things go out of control in the class room. Management and unions blame each other. Political parties use blame in the extreme, and it is disruptive, subordinating national goals under political aims. Which describes your leadership: Do you actively search for solutions to problems or do you spend your energy searching for the parties to blame?

LEADERSHIP IS CREATIVE THINKING NOT REACTIVE THINKING
We are in the era of "creative thinkers" versus "reactive thinkers". Leaders are active never reactive .I must recall Ram Charan by his contributive comment: "leadership means execution, execution, execution." Results and talent will be on the top of the cake of leadership. Creative thinkers thrive on the question "What's Possible?" Reactive thinkers ask, "What's wrong?" or "Who's to blame?" Reactive thinkers live in reaction and response to circumstances. Creative thinkers go beyond circumstances and situations. Leaders never play blame game. Leadership of new era is not to react but to act. Leaders never play blame game.

LEADERSHIP IS ALWAYS CREATIVE THINKING NEVER REACTIVE THINKING.
Leadership of new era is not to react but to act. Leaders never play blame game.
