Vista… If We Didn’t Have Darth Vader We’d Invent Him
| |
| Bill Gates departed Microsoft leaving Steve Ballmer in charge of a rapidly changing world. Some feel Microsoft will die under the weight of itself. Others are certain that Vista is just a symptom of the worst yet to come. But is it really that bad or is it a case of the fact that we really don't like change? After all the Mac OS has its issues as well. |

Advertise on Bing
| |
| I decided to write this article after thinking “advertise on bing?”
After doing some intense research I have found that Bing is formerly Live Search, Windows Live Search and MSN Search and is from Microsoft. This new search engine was unveiled by Steve Ballmer on May 28, 2009 and since when full online June 3, 2009. Since its release it has become the third largest search engine with roughly 3.6% being dwarfed by Google at 85.35% but awfully close to Yahoo at 6.15%.

iWoz A Geek: The Early Years of Apple Co-Founder Steve Wozniak
| |
| He might not be as well known as the ‘other’ Steve, Apple co-founder Steve Jobs, but Steve Wozniak had just as much impact on the computer industry as we know it today. They have primarily focused on how he influenced our thinking about technology, and about the way and through what vehicles we all communicate. Unquestionably, because of his innovative genius all of our lives are different. However, the question is, whether or not the differences are always entirely good? |

Success Means Doing What You Do Best
| |
| Do what you do best.
How many of us try and do everything instead of doing what we do best?
A great line I picked up from the biography of Steve Jobs.
If it wasn't for Steve, Woz's great innovation would just be in a hobby shop some place.
I want you to really think about that.
Woz was the expert engineer, but Steve was the expert marketer.
Each did what they did best.
The result of course is history – Apple.
The point we need to take with us today is simply this – we need to let our people do what they are really good at and find someone else to do what they are not very good at.
By doing this we create tremendous unbelievable success. |
