Ya But will make you a lot of money
| |
| Every sales person hears it all the time.
Your price is higher than (so and so’s)
I did not think it would cost that much.
I like it but I do not think it is worth that much.
And when sales people hear anything negative about their price they either lower the price (which of course is the worst thing in the world they can do) or they lose the sale. You do not have to.
All you need to do is use the "Ya But" close. |

It’s OK to ask for the sale. Really it’s OK
| |
| “85% of the interactions between sales people and prospects end without the sales person ever asking for the sale. 85%!” Retail News by Richard Fenton
It’s OK, no it is a must to ask for the sale, because as Hockey player great Wayne Gretzky says,
“You miss 100 percent of the shots you never take.” |

The Ultimate Reward
| |
| One's religious or spiritual beliefs and practices are very personal and unique to each individual. No one can force your beliefs, but there is one commonality amongst people who follow the laws of attraction -- their trust in the Universe, God, the Angels, or some "Higher Power". No matter what your individual belief, isn't it logical that something that is more powerful, spiritual, and knowledgeable than us mere humans should hold the answers to the questions that you are seeking? Questions like, where will I find my success, how can I change my path, or where will this choice lead me? |

Little Things Make a Big Difference
| |
| There's an old saying that "by the mile it's a trial, and by the inch it's a cinch." The reason the saying is old is because it's good, it's valid. If it were not, it would be dead and buried. For 24 years of my adult life, by choice I weighed well over 200 pounds. I say "by choice" because I have never "accidentally" eaten anything, so when I choose to eat too much, I have chosen to weigh too much. Every choice has an end result. |

Stop Driving Your Customers To The Competition
| |
| It is estimated that for most products and services your customer shops 2 to 3 places before they make a buying choice. The Jewelry business is no different. I find my sales increase dramatically when I give my customers a choice between the 2 or 3 items I offer and not a choice between the competition and me. Thus keeping them from comparing me with my competition. |

WHY AND HOW TO MAKE MAKING CHOICES THAT ARE IN YOUR BEST INTEREST A DAILY OCCURRENCE
| |
| The dictionary defines choice as “the act of choosing; selection; the power, right, or liberty to choose; option; an alternative”. We sometimes hear ourselves or others say, “I have no choice,” when really what we mean is “I feel obligated.” There is always a choice. Sometimes one must choose between two unattractive alternatives and often times making the choice that is best for you carries with it repercussions from friends or coworkers, but that isn’t the same as actually having no choice at all. I encourage and challenge you not to confuse hard choices with no choices. |

The Power of CHOICE

You're at choice. Someone asks you to do something you DON'T want to do. Again, you're at choice..."yes" or "no". |
