Ready Aim Fire How to Professionally End Your Working Relationship with a Client
| |
| One of the most predictable, sure fire ways to get a room full of professionals and business owners to sweat is discussing the firing of a client who drives them crazy. Don’t freeze when it comes to cold calling
| |
| Cold calling.

Lesson #4: Use Failure As A Catalyst for Success
| |
| “Luck is a dividend of sweat,” said Kroc. “The more you sweat, the luckier you get.” Despite all his hard work, Kroc was not always a lucky man. From his early days in starting up McDonald’s to even after the chain was a well-established global presence, Kroc experienced his fair share of failures. He was not immune to disappointment; what set Kroc apart from his competitors, however, was how he learned from his failures and bounced back. |

Warm Up to Cold Calling
| |
| Cold calling: For many of us, the word "cold" is the key. Just the thought of picking up the phone sends a chill up our spines. Unfortunately, if we approach cold calling with an attitude of negativity, we’ll communicate that attitude to the prospect. |

6 Proven Ways to Conquer Your Fear of Public Speaking
| |
| Cicero, renown world speaker and philosopher said, "I turn pale at the outset of a speech, and quake in every limb and in all my soul." Read Exodus to learn about Moses' fear of public speaking. What approach should I take when cold calling?
| |
| I encourage people to cold-call by coming from a place of 'contribution' first; I call this approach 'buying-in'. The More You Sweat, The Less You "Sweat"
| |
| You've heard that wonderful expression, "Don't sweat the small stuff... and it's all small stuff!" In fact, I'm pretty sure some writer has made a boatload of money with little books bearing similarly-worded titles.
