Action is where you put your energy behind your thoughts. There are many sayings around the importance of action "You miss 100% of all shots you fail to take", "You've got to be in it to win it" and "The journey of 1000 miles begins with just one step" are a few of my favourites.

Master Your Game: Meeting Effectiveness

| Excellent meetings are productive, engaging, and synergistic; participants emerge from these sessions filled with great enthusiasm, energy, and a greater clarity of purpose. Effective meetings facilitate collective decisions that people will actively support by following through and taking action. Unfortunately, not all meetings are effective. Meetings can be energy-draining, time-wasting and costly.

Action Plan Example

| Action plans are fairly common in business, but probably done wrong as often as not. A lot of people do not understand what an action plan is and often mistake it for a COE or Correction Of Errors, not one of my favorite types of documents. Having a good action plan starts with an understanding of what an action plan is and a great action plan example would be a huge help in this.
An action plan is a forward looking document and should be addressed as one. When looking at an action plan example one should take this into account. Action plans prevent business gaffs, keep everyone on task and help smooth out operations. In a way they could be considered a mini business plan, though I tend to look at them as a working business plan. |

Your Truth and Accountability is Helping Our Planet!

| Everything we do either has a positive or negative effect on our world. And, now even more, our world needs our help! It’s time to really step it up. It’s encouraging to know that my own daily actions can help our world. Taking accountability is a representation of “truth” and “right action” which impacts the frequency of the collective consciousness and our own personal empowerment.
Everyday occurrences, even being aware and accountable for the small occurrences makes a difference. There have been times that we may have made excuses in our mind, told small white lies or pretended we were not responsible for something by making someone else accountable.

Is China Running Out Of Our Money?

| It's been said that the trouble with collectivist economic approaches, such as socialism and communism, is that, eventually, you run out of other peoples' money. If there's a lesson from the last century of adventures in collective statism, I guess it's that the big collective economies only work for a while, and only if there's a bigger free-market economy out there (like ours has been), cranking out growth and creating markets for the rest of the world.... |

Leaders Go First

| The CLEMMER Group did an extensive assessment with a divisional manager to diagnose the strengths and weaknesses within his division and implement a major change and improvement process. Our assessment report showed that the problems in the division's customer service, quality, and productivity could be traced to one cause - the management team was dysfunctional. They were technicians and managers, not leaders. Their individual and collective leadership was weak. After reviewing the report with the division manager, we planned an off-site retreat with the management team to review the report and establish action plans. |
