What Are The Results of A Recent Poll?
| |
| In a recent poll eighty-eight percent of the people surveyed reported that they would rather win a travel incentive then a cash incentive. One possible reason for this is that once money is spent (normally it is used to pay outstanding bills) it’s gone. A trip is something that the whole family can enjoy. What prompted this review was his plummeting market share seized by a competing company with a true team culture. Then he asked me, "How do you get highly competitive sales people to collaborate?" | It seemed like a good idea at the time. As The Achieve Group (my first training and consulting company) was rapidly growing and hiring new people, I put together a sales incentive and recognition program.
