We must step outside our Comfort Zone in order to succeed
When we decide to become an entrepreneur we must change our mindset and habits from our previous employment in order to succeed and this often involves performing tasks and actions that are outside our comfort zone. This article gives an insight into this process.

Managing Upwards
One of the statements that is often made to trainers, speakers and coaches is, “My boss would not allow me to implement what you are saying” or “that is not the way we do things in our organization”. It is very frustrating. Many managers send their people on learning and development activities and have no idea what the content really is and how they can best support the individual when the individual returns to work. So people attend and then do not apply their learning back in their work place. Many people sit in frustration because their boss will not allow them to make a decision or take responsibility and act on it. Many middle managers are faced with these issues and the whole business is held back as a result. In these situations there is a need to understand how to manage upwards. It is about how to manage your boss.

Getting in the Habit
There’s just one thing that stops us from implementing great ideas: our habits! If you keep doing what you’re doing, you’ll keep getting what you’re getting. Your thoughts are habit. Life is meant to be wonderful – we don’t ask for much: a good steady income, a perfect relationship, a happy family life, financial security, good health and happiness. So why is it that most of us during the course of our lives, never ever achieve even one of these things? Is it fate? Is it karma? Are our lives decided on the date of conception? Is our birth date and time auspicious or inauspicious? What causes some of us to have and others to have not? It comes down to the way you think and your ability to imagine. Why does it usually take a catastrophe or some major disappointment for us to want to make changes to our lives? We get bogged down in the practical, in the mundane and the minutae of our lives and being creatures of habit, never think about making changes. What a waste of a life - accepting mediocrity.

LEADERHIP: IF NOT NOW ….THEN…WHEN……????
Time is the greatest resource available to mankind .Come to think of it, when our planet earth was formed millions of years ago and thereafter for many centuries, there was no concept of time. Deep in our brains exists our basal ganglia, which takes an imprint of a repeated behavior. Let’s say you are in the habit of eating a candy bar every day at 3:00pm. Use Your Time Effectively and Accomplish More!
We are all one big habit. From the time we get up in the morning to the way we treat people. Each of us has the choice to be one big bad habit or one big effective and thriving habit.
