Nothing about the revamped Mac desktop line-up tempts my wallet
I guess I should thank Apple. Following yesterday’s announcement regarding revs of its entire desktop line-up, there’s nothing to tempt me to spend my money.

Analyst says we shouldn’t expect revamped Mac desktops anytime soon—but I beg to differ
Trip Chowdhry, a Global Equities Research analyst, says you shouldn’t expect revamped Mac desktops anytime soon—at least ones with big changes. Tough economic times, a shrinking desktop market and strong notebook sales make this an unwise move for Apple, he told Wired. However, not releasing new desktops is a terrible idea—and totally against Apple’s “DNA,” according to the Sellers Research group.

Learning a New OS
To allow my computers to communicate with each other my son said it would be better if they each had the same operating system (O/S to geeks). I was quite happy with Windows 98 on my desktop Dell, but my laptop has XP so I now have XP on my Dell as well.

On-line Reputation Management For Your Small Business
Harmful anonymous on-line comments can influence customers to stay away from your small business based on nothing but hearsay. Once the damage is done, it is extremely hard to reverse. On-line reputation management has become the most important aspect of on-line marketing.

From Staplers To Sticky Notes: Why Desktop Items Make Sense As Proomtional Products

Pursuing your own Goals
Recently, I made one of my rare and infrequent trips to a retail store. It's not that I don't like to buy things. I simply do not enjoy the process of shopping, so I leave it to others. While at the store, I took the opportunity to observe people who had selected the items they wished to purchase and were waiting to pay for their items in the checkout line. Some people simply picked the nearest line, stood in the back, and waited. Others roamed back and forth looking for the shortest line and waited there. Then there was the third group of shoppers who constantly got out of one line and got into another, thinking they would save time by getting in the faster-moving line.
