When that becomes a concern for us it is helpful to think of our lives as being dimensional in nature, affording us an opportunity to create a more strategic approach to maintaining good health.
Keeping the four dimensions of self; physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual in balance with the dimensions of life is the one challenge in our lives that we all share in common.

| Life is meant to be wonderful – we don’t ask for much: a good steady income, a perfect relationship, a happy family life, financial security, good health and happiness. So why is it that most of us during the course of our lives, never ever achieve even one of these things? Is it fate? Is it karma? Are our lives decided on the date of conception? Is our birth date and time auspicious or inauspicious? What causes some of us to have and others to have not?
It comes down to the way you think and your ability to imagine. Why does it usually take a catastrophe or some major disappointment for us to want to make changes to our lives? We get bogged down in the practical, in the mundane and the minutae of our lives and being creatures of habit, never think about making changes. What a waste of a life - accepting mediocrity. |

| EMOTIONS are a huge element in our lives. They affect how we experience the world... and, each emotion serves as a unique filter for our life's experiences. Sometimes it feels that we're at the mercy of our emotions. I'd like to suggest how we can take greater control of our lives by more consciously choosing some of our emotions.
I believe emotions play a powerful role in helping us achieve our goals, dreams, and in creating fulfilling lives. The more we "feel" an emotion... the more we attract that into our lives. Simply put....joy breeds joy. Stress breeds stress. Peace breeds peace. Essentially, it's Law of Attraction. |
