| The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life. Attitude, to me, is more important than fact. It is more important than the past, than education, than money, than circumstance, than failures, than success, than what other people think or say or do. A lot of the work I do for businesses is to provide clarity when their management team has become dysfunctional. Each team player is at odds with the next, the team leader has no idea how to progress, and the business is stagnant.
