Integrating the work of previous authors, Dess and Beard (1984) employed three environmental dimensions in their measure of uncertainty. These three dimensions, which were very similar to those developed earlier by Child, were “dynamism,” “complexity,” and “munificence.” The first dimension, “dynamism,” referred to the “rate of change and innovation in an industry as well as the uncertainty or predictability of the actions of competitors and customers” (Miller and Friesen, 1983, p. 222). The Google Webmaster guidelines says that “If you decide to use dynamic pages (i.e., the URL contains a “?” character), be aware that not every search engine spider crawls dynamic pages as well as static pages. It helps to keep the parameters short and the number of them few.” It is very true that search engines are less likely to crawl dynamic URLs, there are so many other issues associated with dynamic URL, and we will discuss few of them. Don't get distracted by words that trigger your emotions. Ask clarification questions to ensure you understand what is being said. Repeat what you've heard.

Nothing in the world is static. Nothing remains the same. Everything is in a state of change. Those who long for stability, whereby what is present now will forever be so, are delusional. Such a situation will not and cannot exist. Change is everywhere at all times. The world and life is dynamic. Everything is in a state of flux.
