We keep introducing new products (sometimes boldly called category killers) and then somehow people figure out how to add more features, more capabilities, more everything all to show you don't need the other guy's thing. Doesn't happen instead we have more -- of everything! We have more notebooks, more netbooks, more tablets, more smartphones, more plain old phones, just more!! So we get a bigger backpack and add the new category killer with the earlier category killers. All we have to do is figure out who's environment we're working in from time to time |
