Enjoying the Moment
| |
| Many years ago my family and I used to go to my then husband’s parent’s home for holiday meals. His mother was an excellent cook and enjoyed preparing meals for us. She spent days preparing all the season’s delights and we came to the table eager to begin the festivities. Invariably when 20 minutes later we were happily full she would lament, "It took me 3 days to prepare and 20 minutes for you to eat it!"

The Dynamic U-Method™ of Management For Creating Higher Employee Productivity and Business Loyalty
| |
| Many years ago, struggling to learn the ropes as a young manager, I had the good fortune to stumble upon a gentleman who was one of the finer managers I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. This man had a genuine knack for getting along with his 300 employees, inspiring them to give “100%,” while maintaining quality standards far superior to anything else in his industry. His business operation was always profitable, even in those cyclical “lean times”, seemingly because of one reason ... superior employee morale! Therefore, it is with great pleasure that I can offer you an opportunity to review and understand a potentially better way for managing your employees for higher productivity and loyalty. |

Marketing Like a Rockstar! Part 1
| |
| Everything I learned About Marketing, I learned From Paul Stanley of KISS!
Not quite but I'll tell you what. If you pay attention to any great rock front man or woman, you will notice a couple of very clever tactics.
Dateline Sunday March 22nd... So there I was indulging in a guilty pleasure...
Like I said, guilty pleasure... So sunday I popped in a DVD "Kiss w/ the Melbourne Symphony. Kiss, the garishly made up rock band (with tons of pop hooks) with a symphony... Should be interesting, I thought.
It's amazing what a different perspective will do. The DVD was tons of fun (guilty pleasure, remember...) but I noticed all the sales, marketing and trainer tricks that lea |

What Makes Business People Successful
| |
| A level of desire that most people are not capable of reaching. With a severe visual
impairment to seeing anything other than their idea being brought to where they
envision it. Having the passion about the whole thing of the just being able to do this.
The vision, the seeing it in their mind coming together day by day incrementally.
Having the mindset and the commitment like a steel trap once it is sprung you can't
get out of it. Being able to enjoy it to get pleasure from the challenges that will be
presenting themselves. Having a attitude of gratitude that they have this shot this
chance to create their own outcome. To take something from a mere idea and make
it into something is really a very inspiring thing |

Heroes Who Instill Confidence and Courage!
| |
| I continue to enjoy watching the Olympic games on TV - winter sports are a favorite of mine. Not only do I get much personal pleasure watching the x-country skiing, the figure skating and the snow-boarding, to name a few of the sports, but I really love listening to the athletes as they are being interviewed. These young people are in a class of their own. I aspire to that level of excellence, both in my personal life and in my business. |

And only 2 life purposes - to have more pleasure and get away from pain.
Pain and Pleasure.
And the biggest "fear" in life is pain.
What if we KNEW that the pain would not be as bad as we fear it will be. Like my experience at the dentist?
