The Fear of Offending your Prospect will hold you back
| |
| We are all concerned about what people think of us; our family, our friends, our fellow business members and the people we prospect in our business. Have you ever observed in the gym how people are looking around at everyone and wondering what he/she thinks of me in my designer shorts, Nike runners and recently tanned legs from their latest vacation instead of focusing on their routine? This is human weakness for wanting to be accepted or approved by everybody. Guess what. None of that matters because it is what you think of yourself, your self love is what counts and matters most and regardless of anyone else's opinion it is your self- belief that will lead you to success.

The Gift Of Receiving
| |
| Every family has one. That one person who shoulders all the family burdens, keeps the family secrets and cleans up the family messes. The one who is everyone’s sounding board and shoulder to cry on. The one who remembers all the holidays, birthdays and anniversaries. The one around whom the family always gathers.
In my family, it’s my grandma. She has been the rock in my family for as long as anyone can remember. |

Internet Entrepreneurs Can Enjoy Healthy Lifestyles
| |
| This year, I started an internet business and have been making a transition to a different routine. Several of my friends and colleagues have asked me how I spend my days now, so I thought I would share a description of my daily routine - at least what it's like these days. I expect to continue to learn, grow, and improve both my self and my routine, but here's a current snapshot.

Passing the Torch
| |
| In 1976, during a routine eye test to enter college, I was diagnosed with a rare disease that would eventually result in my blindness. As a teenager with my whole life ahead of me, the devastation that I experienced was indescribable.
Several weeks later, a family friend called and offered to pick me up and take me with him to an event known as a "Positive Thinking Rally." I cared nothing about anything having to do with positive thinking, as I was settling into my own form of depression; but for some reason, I agreed to go.

Routine…Good or Bad?
| |
| When does a routine NOT serve you? A routine that keeps you small means it doesn’t actually move you into your power. Your routine needs to serve you physically, emotionally, spiritually and mentally. |

How to Get Your Children To Go To Bed
| |
| Establishing a good nighttime routine can be difficult for families with children of all ages. If you start introducing a routine early in life, your kids may be more likely to stick to a routine later in life. Establishing a routine that keeps your household running smoothly can be a challenge at first, but doing so will result in that peace you desire and deserve. Keep in mind that you are the adult and the children are children. They are not in charge of the household. You are. |

Learning From Failure
| |
| Did you know that many Entrepreneurs have been in your shoes and have decided to take a second, third or fourth run at starting a new business? As a leading Real Estate Mentor, I work with many Boomers who have tried starting a business in the past. They may have mortgaged the family home and thumbed their noses at the boss only to have to return a year or two later with ‘their tails between their legs.’ This can take a huge toll on one’s self-esteem and severely injure your confidence. As a result many have lost their “spirit” and now drudge through a daily routine in which they find little to no fulfillment. |
