The piece also comes up with the new-to-me argument that monetary policy would be even better science if it weren't for fiscal policy mucking things up. |

| When a company desires to expand its outlets of distribution (not just increase sales at existing units), there are many possible business expansion strategies that can be implemented to expand the business network.
