Success Through Forgiveness
find out an often overlooked self development trait that can speed your rise to the top.

Do You have a favorite F word ?
I recently sent a Tweet out on Twitter where I made a statement that said: "There are 7 F's that I am thankful for: 1) Faith; 2) Family; 3) Friends; 4) Fun; 5) Food; 6) Fellowship; 7) Freedom" Then I said, "What 'F' are you thankful for?" I was absolutely amazed at the amount of responses I received back. Here are a few that I want to share with you.

Forgive Yourself and Others
Forgiving allows us to get on with our lives and to open up our minds and hearts to new ways of seeing others, the world and ourselves.

Forgiving yourself
Are you always criticising yourself? Do you find it easier to forgive others rather than yourself? Many of us are willing to find peace in forgiving others, but are not willing to spend the time in forgiving ourselves.

Rising Above the Tribal Nature for Success in Business!
Some people will teach you what NOT to do or how NOT to be. Some people will be your mentors. Sometimes, you will excel beyond your mentors and need to develop new ones.

Examples of Good Positive Affirmations
Sometimes it may be difficult to create your first affirmation. If you do not know what an affirmation is or how to use them, feel free to read my other articles on the topic. Here are some good examples to get you started:

The Power of Forgiveness
So what do you really thing about forgiveness? Do you think it is overrated or a necessity for a happy life. Have you ever thought about what you definition or beliefs are around forgiveness and whether or not these have been supporting you or keeping you stuck. Read on and discover how Elizabeth was able to shift her beliefs and ideas around forgiveness from a negative place to a postive place that supports her in continuing to move her forward on her own personal journey.

Gifting
Gifting is a form of money or help. It rewards people for their participation in your ventures and life. It is smart as it adds value to those who wish to transact with you.

Tiger Woods’ Unconventional Crisis Management Deserves An A Grade.
In managing a crisis, conventional wisdom commands to talk to the media as quickly as possible, tell what you know, tell it all and promise more as soon as more information is known. As Tiger Woods copes with what he calls his "personal failings," his one car accident on November 27, 2009 at his estate, some have suggested he employs the conventional wisdom of crisis management. See Magic Johnson on Larry King, December 4, 2009. Tiger Woods has so far resisted, choosing instead to employ an unconventional approach for which, in my opinion, he deserves an A in crisis management.

Why to forgive yourself and others?
Forgiveness can make you feel so much better. Holding a grudge or holding on to something that happened in the past can make you sick mentally, physically and emotionally.

"We May be Poor but..."
It started off so innocently which made the contrast that much more painful. We were kidding around as our family often does at night. Ann had offered to make chocolate chip cookies -- favorites of Amber and mine. Then we discovered we were out of chocolate chips. It was close to 9 pm and I wasn't excited about going out, so Ann suggested we make oatmeal cookies, then we realized we were also out of cranberries. In the midst of all this she said, "This is how poor people live..." or something to that effect. That's it -- 6 words that felt to me like a 250 pound thug had struck me in my solar plexus.

Forgiving yourself allows you to forgive others.
Being humans we have all done things we are not proud of. As a direct result of this we feel shame, stupidity and profoundly sorrowful. We don't know how to get pass this point. We feel there is no one to share this information with because there would be disappointment. That disappointment is not bearable. How to get pass this point in life?

Michael Vick Makes 1.6 Mil With Eagles, Can You Make Money Starting an Internet Business From Home?
All of the talk recently is about whether Michael Vick should be able to play professional football because he committed a terrible crime, made a huge mistake in his life. I want to start this article by saying that I love dogs and was horrified by the pictures from the crime committed at Michael Vick's residence.

Is Any Publicity Good Publicity?
There's an old saying that goes something like this: "All publicity is good publicity, as long as they spell your name right." Frankly, as a marketing professional, I would pretty much agree with that. Publicity means visibility, which generates awareness that could lead to interest, which combined with the credibility that earned media endows, could very easily lead to sampling or a decision to buy. (Bear in mind that what looks like a long, convoluted path on paper actually takes only seconds to register in the minds of your customers, and then you have results!)

Building Relationships That Work With Stress
Six keys to relationships that reduce stress all round

The Chakra System
Chakra is a Sanskrit word that means “wheel”. The Chakra system is the belief that the body has seven spinning wheels of energy from head to toe, and each wheel offers life lessons to advance our souls if we choose to uncover them. The Chakra's are mapped out in the palms of our hands.

Using the "F" Word at Work
How is this year comparing to last year? Are targets being met or is there an un-expecting downward slide? Disappointments can bring up lots of words beginning with "F". Let's start with the most basic one: how do you FEEEL? Do you ever ask yourself or others that specific questions and do you really listen to the answer.

The One Minute Coach by Masha Malka
Remember the song – “What a Difference a Day Makes”? If a day can make a big difference, is a minute helpful. What can you actually accomplish in a minute? Struggling to "Be Here Now"?
Many of you know of the book, Be Here Now, the 1971 precursor to Eckhart Tolle’s The Power of Now. From the titles of these books, you get the idea that there is something to be gained from focusing on the present rather than being run by our painful past or anxiously awaiting the unknowable future. Easier said than done, perhaps.

Life’s A Journey Not A Race Or An Event
Imagine looking at your life as a series of invitations to be fully alive in each moment. See those situations that stretch you out of your comfort zone as healing and growth opportunities - blessings in disguise. Savor the people and moments that bring you joy. Slow down and bring your focus out of the past and future to the present moment to appreciate and receive the daily gifts that come your way.

What Game are You Really Playing?
All choices have consequences. Consider we all have our own warning and support system if we choose to listen to it. The challenge of course is it isn’t quite so structured, but it is there if you look for it. Read on to find out more.

Forgiveness - Letting go in order for you to be able to give again. Forgiving = For giving
It is a way of releasing yourself from the need for the person you feel hurt by to do anything to make you feel better. And there’s no requirement that you forget, but simply forgive, as in let go of the holding on of the pain, and the holding the other person responsible for your happiness. See them as having done the best they could, even if it was very worst for you. It was still the best they could do. And let go. See that you too did the best you could at the time. See my article - "How to let go and move on from regrets"

Serenity NOW It is Possible
You’re heading toward the cash register and glance at your side only to notice your child is not there. Retracing your steps you realize he’s about three paces behind you ogling a new video game. You watch the scenario play out in your head before you even open your mouth to say the game is not in your budget for today. When you tell him to follow, he immediately drops to the floor and lets the tantrum begin!

Wrapping it Up!
As we wind down to the end of year, what will you be most thankful for? Those New Year’s resolutions and plans for the New Year are right around the corner.

Forgiveness: Is Holding On To Anger Holding You Back?
Clinical studies have proven the very real link between the emotion of anger and the development of heart disease and numerous other unsavory ailments and illnesses. There's only one way to let go of anger. Do you know what it is? More so, do you know how to do it?!

The Dying Art of Discipline
I almost started this article by saying, “Please forgive me if I’m going on a bit of a rant today.” Forget about it; I am going on a rant and I’m not asking for anyone’s forgiveness, indulgence or permission. These are the facts and what I’m about to share with you is the truth: period.

The Heroic Path
We are all born heroes. We choose our path and destiny every moment of every day. The hero's path is one of healing, of trials, and of discovering true power and enlightenment. It is not the power of the ego-that desires power to boost itself through greed, pushing harder, or through acknowledging superiority over others. Our deeper truth, the one we carry in our Souls, is that of great vision, of leaping over obstacles with courage. Our greatest power takes wings through love, and connecting with others through compassion and kindness. The hero within knows that contribution is the key to the greatest gift he or she can offer others.

Inundated in Intention
It is easy to find yourself drowning in intentions but time does not have to be your enemy. Fulfilling your commitments is not rocket science. Follow these simple steps and you will find that it will be a lot less daunting to fulfill all of your intentions.

Forgiveness
Forgiveness is not for them; it is for me.

9 Steps to Rebuild Trust
It takes a lot of effort to build a relationship of trust with another person. The trust can be destroyed rather quickly, depending on the circumstances. Nobody feels good when trust is lost, and I believe there is usually a good opportunity to rebuild trust to an even higher level, if the right actions are taken.

Make Peace With The Past So It Doesn’t Ruin The Present
So much of our time is spent thinking about our past. Some say that by holding on to our past we hold on to our present identity. Recently we have looked at our past and seen how holding on to it hasn’t been serving us.

Forgiveness: The Intelligent Choice
To forgive someone is to waive our right to resentment, anger or other negative reaction to something they have done that justifies our response. This is not about condoning or excusing their actions, but about intentionally deciding to let go of a sense of offense at snubs, ego scuffs, disappointments and other garden variety occurrences that pull our strings. Making forgiveness a part of our operating system is a key aspect of emotional intelligence: it is taking ownership of our own emotional reactions. This article provides 7 useful tips for practicing forgiveness.

Forgiveness is a Spiritual Necessity
We must forgive the people who’ve hurt us and it has absolutely nothing to do with whether or not they deserve forgiveness. They most likely don’t deserve forgiveness, but we don’t deserve it either.

There are many reasons for strained or broken relationships between parent and child. Damaged relationships are always painful to those involved. The good news is that relationships can be mended.
