A Healthier Approach To Work Life Balance
Why is it that so many people in there thirties and forties are so stretched to the limit that their bodies and minds are stretched close to breaking point? It just seems that we have got the whole work life balance out of sync. For some reason we have designed it so that your career obligations (and time required at work) peak during the most important time of your young families life. Then when your children are grown up and have left the house you are then encouraged to reduce your workload and retire. It's time for a new approach to a healthy Work Life Balance... A truly healthy work life balance isn't just an allocation of time. A healthy work life balance also involves an allocation of your energy to devote to your work and to other interests outside of work.

The Top 5 Things I Learned From Robert Kiyosaki
The book ‘Rich Dad, Poor Dad’ by Robert Kiyosaki and Sharon Lechter was a revolutionary read and inspired me to move past fears that have stopped me from doing more with my life financially. Reading the book a second time, I really focused on the opposite of all I knew – and those were the ideas of his rich dad. This article covers the top 5 things that I have either gained a greater understanding of or learned more about from Robert Kiyosaki.

Charles Schwabs Personal Life
The name Charles Robert Schwab may ring a bell. He is the founder and the CEO of the Charles Schwab Corporation and is famously known as a self-made man who is now worth over $6 billion. He is definitely an entrepreneur to look up to. However, despite his huge fortune, Charles Schwab’s personal life was not always as glamorous as it may seem today. Like many people who start their own business, Schwab never realized that he would become such a huge success.

Franchisors Moving Toward Preference of Multi-Site Franchisees
The tendency of awarding multi-sites by franchisors is a welcome move for the franchisees. It has attracted experienced corporate players, thanks to the numerous benefits this type of franchising has. Your Life Purpose
Dear Jane, How can I figure out what my life purpose is? First of all, you may have more than one life purpose. What may feel important at one stage in life may get bumped down by another priority during a different stage of life. For instance, when you were in your teens, your education, which college you would go to, what you were going to be when you “grew up,” may have been your priorities. When you’re in your twenties and thirties, your focus may be on job advancement, achievement, status, marriage, and family. In your forties and fifties, it may change yet again to self-fulfillment and health. As your priorities change, so may your life purpose.

Transfers vs. New First Time Franchisees
Many of today's experienced franchisees started when they were in their early forties. Now these Baby Boomers are in their fifties and sixties and looking toward retirement. Of the 25 million or more business owners in the U.S. today, many of them are Baby Boomers. Therefore, transfers or franchise re-sales will rise relative to new units in the next few years.
