Guys we don't want to alarm you but there's a new boss in town and he's a she. Give them the right to vote and now they want to rule, run things. Heck of it is they're good at it...darn good at it! True you won't wake up tomorrow and females will be running everything but slowly, methodically they're getting positions of management, leadership. Good thing is they're doing a pretty good job. Bad thing is they aren't willing to go back to the "good ol days." Good thing is the good ol days weren't that good. Bad thing is treating them as an equal feels good.
