| It is a little known fact that fun is one of the secrets to sustainable success! The ability to have fun in every situation enables you to be more successful and more relaxed whether it is at home or at work. Oh sure, I can hear what you’re thinking. It’s the same words that come out of the mouths of my clients. My clients come to me with wanting to get goals done because this has been a problem for them.
When they describe the goals the problems become very clear. The most common is they are so big and broad it would be difficult to know if they achieve it.
Let me give you example. Some of my coaching clients who are salespeople establish “Exceed quota” as a goal. I agree with them this is a great one but here is my question.
