| I currently have Kaiser Permenente's health insurance. Kaiser is the preferred provider for my husband's work, who carries the health insurance for our family. To visit the doctor it costs anywhere from $30-$50, depending on the type of doctor being seen. Near the end of my pregnancy, I was having some complications and was being seen up to twice weekly. During the last month, I amassed over $100 in co-pays for obstetrical care.
