Before taking action, we must take a minute and ask “What is our intent?” “How can we connect from our heart to achieve our task?” “What type of energy do I want to be in this moment?”

I notice in myself and my clients that saying the word, “YES,” increases our energy level. ‘Yes’ peels away resistance and helps us to move downstream.
