DON\'t reject seller financing when selling a business because of stupid reasons!

And when asked why, one of the most common answers is: “I’ve heard all kinds of horror stories about seller financing”. And to be brutally honest, that reason is not only irrational, but it is simply stupid. Because horror stories are just that – stories. Of course you have; everyone knows THIS particular horror story.
