Ideas and Action
Anyone can have a great idea, lots of them: million dollar ideas; ideas that will change their life; ideas that will change other people’s lives; ideas that will change the world. But any idea that stays on the chalkboard is worth only the chalk it's written with.

Dreams Come True Series I: Passion Ignites Your Higher Purpose
Many of us had inspiring dreams as we were growing up. Often we abandoned these precious dreams, leaving them sadly behind. When Living the Dream isn't enough!
Many of us are on a quest to fulfill our dreams. We think that when we achieve our dreams we will be happy. I also thought this, until I achieved my dreams and found out it wasn’t enough. Thankfully, I figured out how Living the Dream is really possible. I would like to share with you my story...

Goal Achieving Process Part 2: Dreaming Big Dreams
The next step in the goal achieving process is dreaming big dreams. This is my favorite part of the process because it unlocks my inner child and opens up my creative faculties. We are all creators of our experiences, so why not make them as big and exciting as possible? Big dreams help you tremendously with goal achievement, especially since big dreams give you power and enthusiasm. When obstacles get in your way and things don’t go according to plan, big dreams make up for it with energy and enthusiasm. Small dreams don’t really give you any kind of power.

LTV: The Key to the Underwater Mortgage
If you're wondering whether or not you're in an underwater mortgage, the key is to understand your loan to value, or LTV, ratio. The LTV reflects how much you owe as a percentage of the total value of your house. So, for example, if you originally took out a $130,000 mortgage on a house that was appraised at $150,000, your LTV ratio would be 87%. In other words, you would then owe 87% of what the house was actually worth-a win for you once the mortgage was paid off, provided that the property value didn't change. Which, of course, never happens, does it?

Someday Isle
All of us had wonderful dreams, goals, and plans when we were teenagers or young adults. Martin Luther King Day is For Work
I’m writing this as we approach Martin Luther King Day on which many businesses and institutions are closed but my office will be open for business on his day. Like many national holidays, ML King Day is anticipated by many as a day to sleep in a bit, putter around the house, perhaps attending a parade or just hanging out. Obviously, I feel differently about it. To me, Dr. King and his legacy are about opportunity and dreams. My dream was to own a business.
