Corporate Responsibility and the Environment
As corporations have got bigger and bigger, they have damaged the environment in different ways. The exploitation of the world’s resources through overmining, overfarming and overfishing is putting our future in doubt. As these shortages influence the market, corporations will have no option but to seek other ways of doing business. As marginal lands become deserts, fossil fuels run dry and fish stocks deplete, the necessity of a sustainable environment will become obvious. What we want is for companies to realise this obligation now, before it is too late.

Actually…………….We all possess the same basic rights! Many people seem to have forgotten or may have never been told that these basic rights exist. If you are working at achieving assertiveness in your life, your own personal Bill of Rights is a useful tool to refer to. Creating an Extraordinary Organization
If everyone would like to work in a thriving, enlivening and nurturing environment, why is it that almost no one loves being at work? Why is it that most of us simply acquiesce when confronted by the drudgery and suffering that, according to seemingly every statistical measure, characterizes life within many companies? Is this condition inevitable? Are we destined to an environment where the most we have to look forward to is Friday afternoon? Not at all. Profitable Online Business Ideas and the Recession; Your Thoughts
Many people believe they are victims or products of their environment. First, I don’t believe we are victims unless we allow ourselves to be one. I simply choose not to be one. Today’s society is way too eager to make everyone out to be a victim. And I believe that too many people are too willing to be made into victims. It does away with personal responsibility. We are all human beings and we can choose how we wish to live. We all have God given abilities and gifts to help us achieve those dreams. We don’t have to be victims or products of our environment, we can change ourselves and thus change our environment. I believe that we are products of our own thoughts.

Little Green Reasoning: Five Points on Environmentalism
Environmental protection is Maslow's self-actualization - defining the human experience in a pleasing environment. But the path there is hierarchical - and every other social step on his ladder requires societal wealth and prosperity. That's why environmentalism is a present-day, rich country phenomenon. Up until recently, humans were trying to escape starvation, protect themselves, and generally stay alive by exploiting their land and dominating the natural environment.

The Right To Choose
Today we are inundated with talk about all of our rights. We hear about civil rights, equal rights, women's rights, minority rights, and many other worthwhile principles. But when you come right down to it, you and I only have one right in this world, and that is the right to choose. We can't always choose what happens to us, but we can always choose what we are going to do about it. You are where you are in every area of your life because of the choices you have made in the past. Put another way, all of the choices you've made in your life, put together, have brought you to this place, at this time, reading this article.
