Guerrilla Planning
The first thing to know is that guerrillas plan backwards, beginning with the attainment of their loftiest goals in the future, then working back to the present. If you can allow yourself to visualize success, the path to it will be easier to find. Most companies see the beginning of the path in front of them, but don't see where it leads in the distance. Their short-sightedness gets them in trouble when change or unforeseen circumstances occur. It even impairs their ability to function when confronted with success.

Transforming Fear
Perhaps you have heard that if you fear something “Feel the fear and do it anyway.” That advice can be helpful to a point, but it has one very significant drawback: The fear is still there. So if you have a fear of cold calling, or a fear of failure, or a fear of success, or a fear of rejection, or – even more likely — some combination of all of these fears, summoning your personal power and acting in spite these fears is a brave thing to do, but as exhausting as running uphill with bricks in your pocket.

Powerful Public Speaking - 6 Steps To Master It Master It
Public speaking ranks right up there with death in terms of the things we are terribly afraid to do. Start a Business-Where does your drive come from?
When you doubt your ability to start a business you are human. When you express that doubt through inaction, fear and anxiety you are writing a tale of fear, doubt and insecurity for your children. Fear: Taming the enemy within
Every day I speak to managers, executives and sales personnel about what holds them back from achieving the success they want and earning the incomes they desire. Every day I hear the same thing: Fear. Fear of getting a no, fear of failure, fear of success, fear of rejection and the list goes on. But fear has a structure and when you know the structure, you can make it disappear.

Doing The "Right" Thing, Just A Little Too Late
There are so many missed opportunities because we fail to act and do what we know is "right" or would be "best". Why? Maybe because we fear having to go to bat for an employee, or because we don't want to cash in our chips for that particular person, or because of our own fear or insecurity. Don't let opportunities go by.

Successful People Face Their Fears and Act
Fear is the enemy of self confidence. Self confident people face their fears and act. Procrastination is the manifestation of fear. When you find yourself procrastinating, figure out what scares you about the situation. Is it fear of failure? Is it fear of success? Is it fear of rejection? Is it fear of being embarrassed? Is it fear of the unknown? Once you've figured out why you are afraid, do three things; admit your fear to yourself, embrace your fear, and take action. Action is the antidote to fear. In most cases, you'll choose wisely and your fears won't be realized. In the cases when you choose poorly, you'll find that failure isn't as catastrophic as you imagined. Successful people learn from their failures.

How to Be with Insecurity?
As an inner confidence coach, I often hear clients voice their frustration about feelings of insecurity. The inner critic is angry that they’re even feeling insecure - that they can’t get rid of that old feeling following them in places where they don’t want it to go. I understand. I, too, know about insecurity. And what I’ve learned through my years of working with this issue - within myself and with many, many people in the education, counseling and now coaching fields - is that it is natural and human to feel insecure. Everyone does - at times and usually in certain areas.
