| Do you have a habit of continually setting goals and not reaching them or feel that whenever you set goals you’re setting yourself up for disappointment, frustration and guilt? Being ignored—not feeling special or valued—is one of the most hurtful experiences to endure. Unless we’re so Britney Spears-like famous that we lose all privacy, I think all of us have felt invisible and ignored.
