Your CUSTOMER Satisfaction Is Tied To Your EMPLOYEE Satisfaction
| |
| WHAT DO YOUR CUSTOMERS REALLY THINK ABOUT YOU?
We constantly endeavor to achieve 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. We invest our time and money developing surveys and devising ways to improve our rate of return on those surveys. We empower the information gathered to correct individual problems and micromanage our way to solutions. In fact, much of the comments we act upon don’t really reflect upon the way our business is actually being conducted. These knee jerk reactions create more problems than they solve. The most important feedback never makes its way to our “gatherers”. Our BEST customers don’t respond to surveys and the truly DISSATISFIED customers will never give us a second chance. |

How do you get beyond the knee-jerk reaction and into a reasonable conversation about their situation, needs, budget, and time frames? |

Internet Marketing Tools & Training: Why You Must Learn
| |
| I'd like to address a question I keep hearing which, honestly, I asked myself not too long ago and that is: 'Why should I learn Internet marketing?' My knee-jerk reaction is usually: 'Why wouldn't you learn Internet marketing!?'. Of course that's not as productive a response as I'd like to give so let's observe the following 3 reasons today:

Do I Always Have To Know Why?
| |
| Have you ever considered that sometimes asking why can be simply a knee-jerk reaction and not alwasy appropriate. Sometimes we can get caught up in our own stuff and make things unnecessarily difficult for others by demanding why and asking way too many questions.
So when is a good time to ask why and when should we just let it go and just do it? Well, hopefully this article will shed some light on that for you and provide you with some tips to use in this area. |

What If You Are a Jerk But Don't Know It?
| |
| Each of us is guilty of acting like a jerk from time to time. Some people we know have it down to a fine art! The thing I want to explore in this discussion is a kind of blind spot where people who are acting like jerks have no idea how they are coming across to others. This article discusses how you can tell if you are being a jerk too much of the time. |

Do Over
| |
| When somebody pushes your buttons, instead of a knee-jerk reaction, take a deep breath and take control of your response. It doesn’t matter whether you burn the toast, miss the deadline or find out you have cancer, how you react is your call. |

Is Paranoia an Acquired Taste?
| |
| In "Don't Bring It to Work" the underlying idea is that when stress hits the hot button we all revert to behavior patterns we learned as kids in our original organization, the family for protection and survival. That is what seems to be showing up around our country in this time of sadness and confusion.
The knee-jerk reactions are so similar to ones that we can all remember when disagreements broke out in elementary and middle school playgrounds. We were given detentions, told to behave, but rarely sat down to really look at what started the upset in the first place.

The Power of Yes!
| |
| You probably already know that positive people are more fun to be around; that it doesn't feel good when people say 'no' to you; and, that being open-minded is generally better than being critical or close-minded. But what you may not know is just how overwhelming the evidence is a 'yes' mentality can help you in almost every aspect of your life and business.
My aim is to hit you hard and repeatedly with the 'yes' hammer until it's permanently embossed on your head and in your mind. My hope is that you re-wire your knee-jerk reaction for a 'yes' auto-response -- or better yet, you re-wire your brain so that you consciously choose a 'yes' or 'no' response with no knee-jerking at all! |
