| The core “philosophy” behind the New Public Management or “NPM” concept (which has been part of the government lexicon since the 1980s), is the belief that a “market orientation in the public sector will lead to greater cost-efficiency for governments, without having negative side effects on other objectives and considerations.”

“Third Generation Leadership” – “3G Leadership” or “Leadership v3.0”
| |
| First Generation Leadership ("G1 Leadership" or "Leadership v1.0") was typified by a command and control approach in which hierarchy ruled and the leader was "right". Second Generation Leadership ("G2 Leadership" or "Leadership v2.0") was typified by a reward for conformance / non reward or punishment for non-conformance. So if there was a PRACTICAL way for the masses to apply the philosophy, people would be must better off financially. This article will show you exactly what you need to do to apply this teaching. |
