The Guerrilla Entrepreneur
WHAT IS A GUERRILLA ENTREPRENEUR? The guerrilla entrepreneur knows that the journey is the goal. He also realizes that he is in control of his enterprise, not the other way around, and that if he is dissatisfied with his journey, he is missing the point of the journey itself. Unlike old-fashioned enterprises, which often required gigantic sacrifices for the sake of the goal, guerrilla enterprises place the goal of a pleasant journey ahead of the mere notion of sacrifices.

Wounded Wolves --- The Journey Forward
This is a story about finding your way. It's dedicated to any and all people that may have found themselves lost, confused, powerless, in a dead end career, going nowhere and those who may have lost sight of what they really want from life. It's a story about "Wounded Wolves" and making the journey forward. Forward to success, self esteem and pride. Maybe a few of you can relate to this as it's happening now. Or, maybe you were wounded once and remember the journey you had to make to create happiness and success in your life. Being wounded can be a result of many things - a personal crisis, family life, a bad marriage, the way you were raised, poor life decisions, limited exposure to education and learning, and sometimes just being in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Be A Student
The wonderful thing I am learning about “learning”, and I am hearing it from many different locations all at once, is simply this; When you truly enter into an attitude of learning, rather than one of thinking that you know it all, and you give yourself permission to be open to other people’s ideas and suggestions, the frequency of learning opportunities becomes infinite, and your potential of greater success becomes assured.

3 Key Ingredients to Support You In Your Journey to Spiritual Leadership

Beliefs
We find as we travel through life’s highways and byways that the unexpected usually happens, but through this we learn about ourselves and our own strengths, when life is good and calm we tend to take this for granted rather than thinking of it as part of the overall journey. We have a tendency to expect life to be good and when it is not, the question we ask ourselves is very often ”why me?” and the longer we dwell on it, the longer it seems to last. Learning to take the lessons out of life and believe that we are learning and growing as a person, helps to make these situations much easier to bear.

Entrepreneurship – The Road Less Traveled
I believe that life is a journey, and just like any journey, it has some bumps in the road along the way. For me, those “bumps” came in the form of three layoffs in two years. I thought, “This is my life. I need to create a way for it to support me and bring me freedom and joy.” So… I started on that journey of entrepreneurship.

Increase Motivation by Using Questions to Lead Your Team
Leaders must treat people according to where they are on their learning journey. The individual in a new situation will require more leadership and guidance than one who is fully experienced. Asking the right questions allows people to be part of their own learning, to solve their own problems, and demonstrate their competence.
