The Law of Surrender
There is a universal law of surrender, which tells us that when we stop resisting the way our lives currently are and how a current situation is working out, that things will start to change.

Some 'Should do's' we can live without!
Do you live your life thinking ' I should' do this.......Or ' I shouldn't do this'? Here are some ' Should do's' we could really live without!

Releasing the past
Are you carrying deep hurts from the past? Has someone made you angry, betrayed you or hurt your heart? Sometimes we hang onto resentment because it is the only thing we have left

STOP WORRYING
Are you a born worrier? I think everyone would admit to being a worrier at one time, but some people worry a lot more than others.

Forgiveness - Letting go in order for you to be able to give again. Forgiving = For giving
It is a way of releasing yourself from the need for the person you feel hurt by to do anything to make you feel better. And there’s no requirement that you forget, but simply forgive, as in let go of the holding on of the pain, and the holding the other person responsible for your happiness. See them as having done the best they could, even if it was very worst for you. It was still the best they could do. And let go. See that you too did the best you could at the time.
