The Push and Pull of a Vision
As a child I had this wonderful vision of myself standing in front of a class teaching. Yes, I dream in Technicolor!!

Whether in his animations or his amusement parks, Disney has built his career upon creating unique and innovative experiences. Because he was constantly entering unknown territory, doing so inevitably required taking risks. Not all of his risks paid off. Like all other entrepreneurs, Disney needed to learn the lesson about when to commit to an idea and when to pull the plug.

Lesson #4: Pull For Your People
“The way we have built our company by including the success of the company with everyone in it and not leaving our people behind is a great example of building a business the right way,” says Schultz. “We’re not ever going to turn our backs on our [employees].”

Push and Pull Marketing
