TOURISM WITHOUT EVEN HAVING TO BE THERE!
On one hand the greatest exciting technology development is the new ability to stream video, and have video email, and visual information highly accessible through web based interactive applications. Now we have done exactly the same as what the Discovery Channel has achieved on television, we have now made the web the place to go look and vie, but you don’t have to take up the dangers or pleasures of actually visiting.

MONEY, HEALTH AND HAPPINESS
If at this particular time in your life the accumulation of wealth is high on your priority list and you are spending the better part of your waking hours pursuing the almighty dollar, then perhaps you will be interested in a study that recently came out of the University of London. The University has created the financial equivalent for life's pains and pleasures. It has made some surprising and fascinating finding!

Connecting With Others
Making connections with others is not only vital to your growth, it largely determines how much you can-and will- enjoy your life. If you don't have caring, giving relationships with others, not only are you being robbed of one of life's greatest pleasures, but you're also robbing others of the benefit and growth they would enjoy by interacting with you. At a minimum, you can find time to lend a listening ear or just be supportive-you never know what kind of impact you can have in someone's life. None of us can ever calculate the impact we have on the world.

Complete not perfect
If we are not content within ourselves then nothing, repeat nothing, will make us happy. Winning the lottery will certainly give us pleasure – we will be able to satisfy our desires, but it will not bring us happiness. Pleasures are superficial and all external – such as buying new clothes, food, alcohol, drugs and engaging in extreme sports. They need to be repeated because desires can never be satisfied. Happiness comes from inner peace with a contented and tranquil mind and an understanding of who we are, which includes our ethics, morals values and virtues. This understanding allows an acceptance of what we perceive to be our current ‘drivers’ for whatever actions, thoughts or behaviour patterns that make up our lives.

Strategy of Eliminating Debt through our Consolidation Method

Our Values Set Our Priorities
Our values are what we value. Each of us has a hierarchy of values. This is our sense of what's most through to what's least important. Our values hierarchy is a lengthy one. It includes things like, health, family, security, wealth, cooperation, competitiveness, meaningful work, peace of mind, making a difference, friendships, innovation, status, happiness, freedom, adventure, spirituality, power, accomplishment, wisdom, love, creativity, integrity, participation, service, loyalty, pride, progress, teamwork, growth and development, helping others, physical or sensory pleasures, quality, order, control, respect, self-image, and the like.

VISUAL MERCHANDISING CHALLENGES IN SPECIALITY STORES
This article was written for a retail magazine in India: Huge corporations or “Mom & Pops” can own specialty stores, but two things they have in common are their customer service and their focus on a limited product line. Unlike a hypermarket, a specialty store is small, edited and generally clear about who makes up their customer base. The Visual Merchandising staff is the eyes and ears of a specialty store. Their role is to make sure the image of the store stays on target, on brand and current. Along with the pluses and pleasures of working in a smaller store, some challenges exist for the management and visual merchandisers that vary depending upon whether the specialty store is owned by a corporation or a family.
