More on Indifference from Tom
Darci, from her Comment: "... and pursue my passion. It was a leap of faith and there was no safety net to catch me if I failed."

"It's About What Goes Out, Not What Comes In"
When things go wrong at work, most of us seek someone to blame. But in good teams, when things go wrong, individuals don't wait for someone else to fix themselves or fix the situation. They fix it themselves.

Oh My Where did my day go?
Beware of being so busy that you don't get anything done.

Building women's business networks
Amanda Frolich is not only a woman with a thriving business, but she is also setting up a network for working mums like herself.

Spontaneity
Adults with ADHD believe that they like to be spontaneous and creative. That is why habits are hard for them. However, I have found that when day-to-day tasks become habits, adults with ADHD thrive and there is more mental space and time to be creative.

Move your 'but', then move your 'butt'
Stop making excuses and exercise – Move your body daily. How many New Year resolutions did you make this year? Focusing on fitness and health made it into the top ten most common new year’s resolutions with only spending time with family and friends to beat it. When we did some research with GU Health 2 years ago 76% of people said that they would exercise each day and yet the reality was that only 22% really did and 71% said that it was a lack of time that stopped them from doing it.

Learning in a New World
The fundamental role of a leader is to be the architect of the future for his organization. There is no future without authentic learning. Thus it is time to restructure nearly all of the current training programs and HR offers. There will be great resistance to this and new leaders will have to emerge, but it is time for a bit of revolution!

Leverage Your Business Lunches To Maximize Your Sales Results
Do you need to meet potential customers (a.k.a. prospects), potential qualified clients, colleagues, current customers, vendors, or strategic partners for lunch? Is your goal to get in and out? As a sales professional, do you arrive a little earlier or a little late to avoid the noon hour rush? Have you ever considered that this might be negatively affecting your sales results?

Self Leadership - Your Emotional Guidance System
At work or play you're permanently being guided by an internal emotional guidance system. It's like one of the in-car GPS navigation systems. You punch in where you want to go and you constantly receive self leadership feedback as to whether or not you're on the right road. If you watched "The Secret" many of the teachers talked about listening to your inner wisdom. If you feel good inside, then you are on path and miracles can happen. If you are feeling very uncomfortable, then you are blocking your flow and making life harder than it needs to be.

Eating For Success: Fast Lunch Ideas for Busy People
Remember the days when you actually had time to take a lunch break? When you used to leave the office for an hour, have something to eat, meet up with friends, walk in the park, play sport or wonder around the shops…? These days people eat lunch at their desks more often than not, if they eat at all. For many people, the demands of the day just don’t let up long enough to afford them a break. Lunchtime rolls around, your stomach is rumbling and you know you should eat, but you’ve just got one more thing to finish. An hour goes by, your stomach is still gurgling, but you’ve just got one more deadline, phone call, impromptu meeting, email to reply to….and before you know it, you’re reaching for a coffee or chocolate bar to get you through, and that’ll have to do for lunch.

Today is the Day
How many days do we wake up and say “today is the day I am going to …..start a diet, stop drinking, stop smoking,” getting out of bed with the best resolve, we start on a mission, but by 11am the cravings, or the little voice in the head is saying just one cigarette or a biscuit won’t hurt. But with great willpower some of us get over this hurdle and get to lunchtime, meeting friends it is hard not to indulge in a glass or two of vino, so our resolve weakens and we say to ourselves, never mind I will start tomorrow!! Then when tomorrow comes we go through the same or similar routine; until our promises to ourselves don’t come to mean much to us, they don’t have much value and we don’t mind breaking them.
