An Audience with Procurement
| |
| Recently I was approached by the head of CISP Australia (Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply), Jonathan Dutton to be their after dinner speaker at the Women in Procurement Conference on 19 June 2008.

The conference aimed to examine the challenges women face as they try to make their way in this male-dominated environment and what lessons can be learned from those who have successfully gone before them. |

Having friends of the opposite sex is important in many ways. In my seminars, when I talk on the topics of Leadership, Coaching, Team Building, Parenting, and Communication, I recognize the fact that men and women do all those things equally, but differently.
I take care that every seminar contains what men need to hear and what women need to hear...and they're different!
