| Managerial styles vary from individual to individual in a work environment. Really it is an individual's choice to decide what sort of management style they choose to adopt. Anyone who says otherwise is really just copping out and making excuses for laziness. This might sound harsh, but it has been said by more than one manager that "this is my style, it's just how I am" and no adjustments have ever been made to improve on that style.
