I recently had a 1:1 private session with my own coach. As with my own client's, my coach had me fill out my progress form before the session. I took my time with it and felt confident about clarifying my current situation and writing out my next 3 month goals.

It is proven scientifically that even small amounts of meditation daily can cut down on the negative effects of stress. Quieting your mind will eliminate the thoughts and emotions that cause stress and increase your sense of peace. |

But how do you generate awareness, get them to take responsibility for their actions or lack of action, and lead the person to motivate themselves and want to change? The coaching session should be a monthly session unless they require more support, and each session should have homework allocated. Once the person demonstrates they are taking action in the form of their homework, you know the coaching is effective. |

My spiritual practice was provided to me by Buddhist Monks and other influences (including physicists and Shaman), but your practice can be whatever you want it to be. What counts in meditation is the act of meditating or quieting the mind. |
