The Office Bully
| |
| We have all come into contact with one at some time or another but there is nothing that causes more angst in the workplace than the activities of a bully. Strutting around, loud mouthed, opinionated, full of bluster and of course always right. If a situation arises in which there may be (God forbid) the possibility of error – then the shouting begins and it is all YOUR FAULT. The fault cannot possibly lie with the person who is always right (the bully). He, or she, must keep control of the situation. To do otherwise is to admit a failure, an error, and this cannot be. Result? Unhappiness all round. |

In fact quiet often it holds us stuck in our pain, and has a negative impact on your mental health and wellbeing, so that the physical stuff we keep is a representation of the emotional baggage attached to it.

We are coming up to the 2 year anniversary (28th August, 2009). Have you ever lost someone you loved? I bet most of you have, if it was someone really close to you, you may have been faced with the task of sorting through their possessions..... |

MOST OF US REMAIN STRANGERS
| |
| Leo Buscaglia has been quoted as saying; "Most of us remain strangers to ourselves, hiding who we are, and ask other strangers, hiding who they are, to love us." Unfortunately, there is an incredible amount of truth in this statement.
