Research indicates that when polled, 80% of your customers will respond that they are very satisfied with your products/company. Makes you feel great, right? Don’t be fooled by the common misperception that these customers are indeed loyal and plan to repurchase products, or endorse them to their peers & colleagues. The answers to these two questions are the real drivers of customer-centricity & loyalty.

Outdoor Billboards - You Do Not Have to Own Property Or Have Lots of Cash to Make Money
One of the most common myths about investing in outdoor billboards is that it takes a lot of money to get started. Another misperception is that you need to own the actual property in order to generate billboard income. Both of these beliefs are complete fallacies. In fact, if someone is telling either one or both of these, carefully consider their experience with billboards. My hunch is that they have little or no experience investing in billboards.

I have a confession to make. I'm going to lay it out there so that you can learn from my misperception. I recently had a 1:1 private session with my own coach. As with my own client's, my coach had me fill out my progress form before the session. I took my time with it and felt confident about clarifying my current situation and writing out my next 3 month goals.

It's What's Inside That Counts
Too often, we forget that, like a spring providing a continuous stream of water, we are continuously pouring out what is inside of us. Some days, everything is fine. Other days, we wonder how we could be so far off course from the goals we want to reach. Since consistency is the key to peak performance, and consistency comes from knowledge of self and the application of our skills through awareness, it is obvious that better results can be guaranteed by knowing what is inside of us.
