Content Protection, Fair Use Have to be Fair for Everyone

| Contrary to what they tell governments, the world doesn't revolve around their
stuff. In fact once we buy it isn't it our stuff? Some day they'll get a clue
like the music industry and audio books industry that once content goes digital
there's no turning back. We didn't copy audio tapes and pass them around...we
didn't copy VHS movies and pass them around...we didn't copy DVD movies and pass
them around...

| “Bully” opened in a limited release on Friday, leaving theaters to decide whether they should let underage teens in or not. Harvey Weinstein chose to release the film without a rating after loudly and repeatedly objecting to a controversial decision by the Motion Picture Association of America to give the film an R, which means anyone 17 and under needs an adult with them to get in.

| eems like half the shows on TV are about rising musicians/singers. But ask the MPAA (music folks) and their industry is breathing its last chest rattling breath.
Quit humming around the house. Stop listeing to music on your iPhone, iPod, car/home radio because you're only prolonging the inevitable. How dumb can folks think you are because player sales -- all types -- are up like gangbusters. Pandora and other services are rolling in money.
Our problem Ensure the musicians get their fair share. The MPA? Labels? Sorry folks those days are gone...you're right!!!!
