We all know we need to stay focused, but when your eye begins to wander, it helps if it wanders on a visual touchstone. Alot of times we get sidetracked doing something that can really be done AFTER normal business hours. Like, upgrading our database of names, sending out bulk mailings, writing letters. We really need to be on the phone or in the face of our potential customers when THEY are in the office from 8-5. b. WHO CAN DO THIS AS GOOD AS I CAN? There's a lot of work I can hire out and should do just that!
