The phrase “accountability partner” is quite broad and encompasses a lot of territory. At its most basic, an accountability partner is someone you set up a formal relationship with, who will help provide support for your online business creation and growth. He or she is an unpaid consultant, someone you agree to work with to provide mutually beneficial support. In its simplest terms, it’s like having a business consultant who you don’t pay. Instead you trade for each others consulting services. You make it your goal to help each other to succeed.

Setting up An Accountability Partnership
Before you jump right in and ask your best friend to be your accountability partner for the rest of your natural-born life, there are several questions you want to ask yourself before committing to a long-term relationship. These questions will help you figure out what you want in an accountability relationship. Take your time thinking through your answers; the only mistake you can make is to jump in too fast and commit to something that’s not right.

As we delve further into the realm of relationship it is apparent we can have wonderful intentions and clarity of how we prefer to be in relationship and still be challenged by situations that come up with our partner. When things are going well it’s much easier to express yourself in a loving way and be appreciative of your partner, however when conflict arises it’s challenging to love without conditions. Culturally, often by parents, we have been conditioned to withhold love toward someone who is exhibiting behaviors we don’t like. Often when someone does something we don’t like we let them know about it in the form of a verbal reprimand, nagging, or silent withdrawal of affection.

Relationship = to relate with a significant other person lovingly everyday.
Look at it as a verb "to relate with a significant other person lovingly everyday" not a noun. It is a verb – continuous – you are in a relationship for as log as you are relating with this person. And if you are doing it so lovingly then you are in a goooood relationship! Whose responsibility is a relationship? 50-50? 80-20? In my opinion, each partner has to give 100% in order for a relationship to work. A real loving relationship is a partnership of mutual support and mutual pleasure and mutual respect.
