Stress Buster! Live in the moment.
I became aware of living my life in the moment a few years ago when I read "The Power of Now," by Eckhart Tolle. After reading that book I never thought about my past, present and future the same way. Here is a recipe for success
We all want the magic formula or recipe for instant success. Unless your definition of success is to have millions of dollars and you win the lottery, success is never instant but the result of deliberate action toward a pre-determined objective. Every chef has his own recipe; this is mine but keep in mind that success is in the journey, not the destination. Recipe for success: Motivation + Belief + Effort = Success

With ACCEPTANCE, we embrace PEACE. And, it's in this peace that miracles happen. For those of us that thrive on personal growth and are constantly looking for ways to improve, and better ourselves, the idea of "accepting" ourselves may feel like embracing "mediocrity" or "settling". Won't I get complacent if I totally accept myself? Will I lose my edge or drive? If I "accept" my significant other just as he/she is, does that mean I'm encouraging them to stop growing? NO. NO.
