Make Your Business Training Program a Mighty River
| |
| A training program can be very modest. A person loves a self-improvement book and loans it to a co-worker. A person is skilled at presentations shares their expertise. Another person knows people who would be happy to come in a share their success stories. A training program is really based on teamwork. |

Just Be Yourself
| |
| You find yourself playing different roles according to what you are doing or who you're with. You try to be one type of person at work, another type of person with friends, another person at home, when you're driving a car,or perhaps when you stand up in public to speak. All these hats we wear every day. The big question is when are you really you? What would happen if you allowed the real you to stand up in every situation you faced? Love Relationships
| |
| As I help people discover and define their genuine Core Desires, I find that the area that stands out most is the longing for a personal love relationship.
You must determine if you are the kind of person you want to be. Can you attract the kind of person you want to be with? We usually have a great deal in common with those we are closest to. Think about the people you feel close to. You probably have similar beliefs, laugh at the same jokes, and share interests in movies, sports, styles, food, and hobbies. The more you have in common with a person, the more enjoyable the relationship will be and the faster it will grow and thrive. |

Irresistible...Who Me?
| |
| Heads turn when an attractive person walks by. It is a fact of life. Confident people are
irresistible. Confidence radiates from a person when they stand tall, walk with a sense of
purpose, look people in the eyes and smile! Our image is an outward reflection of our personal
confidence and self-esteem. |

Get into the action habit .
| |
| Are you a do it now person? There is a shortage of leaders who have the ability to get things done, to get results. Most people procrastinate much to often.
When you study both groups of people successful and average you will learn that successful people are active and average people are passive and procrastinate duties until another day. The successful person takes action, will follow through on ideas and gets things done. The average person will delay and find excuse why he can’t.
University of Calgary professor Piers Steel states “In 1978, only about 5 percent of the American public thought of themselves as chronic procrastinators. Now it’s 26 percent.”

How to Think and Dream Creatively: The Magic of Thinking Big
| |
| The only difference between a successful person and a non successful person is in the way that they think. Knowing that, if you could learn how to think like a successful person, wouldn’t that be a good investment in time?
In re-reading The Magic of Thinking Big by David J. Schwartz I realized that it is one thing to say “think like a successful person,” and it is another thing to know just exactly how to do that.
“When you believe, your mind finds a way to do.”
Schwartz suggests the following ways to help teach yourself how to think and dream creatively as successful people do:

Compensation and Performance
| |
| Does compensation really drive top performance? Well we've certainly seen a lot of people being paid a lot of money for not performing so what's up? If you have someone who is the right person for the job and they have shown promising results then it is probably a good investment to up the compensation. But compensating the wrong person is never going to make them the right person for the job. And your results will suffer in 9 different ways. Manufacturing Excellence - Inspire, Lead, and Succeed with PATIENCE!
| |
| Ouch. I have to admit that patience is probably not one of my better virtues. I also tend to expect that everyone will make decisions at the same speed as I do. As I get older though, I more and more can see the value of being patient with my environment and the people around me.
Every person is unique. Every person has his or her own challenges. Every person has a different risk treshold, and every person makes decisions at his or her own speed. If we would be more considerate and patient, we would have better relationships.
I want to master everything immediately and I want to be able to do it right away. However, it does not always work that way, and neither should it. Sometimes we get further ahead by practising a little patience rather than paying a high price for making a hasty decision or not allowing sufficient lead-time.
