Branding Your Firm At Every Touchpoint

The most important assets of any business are intangible: it’s company name, brands, symbols, slogans, and their underlying associations like perceived quality, awareness, customer base and proprietary assets (e.g., patents, trademarks, etc.). Companies that understand this put significant energy into every detail of their brand and charge enormous premiums for the brands they create. Over time, this premium is transferable to the next owner. A little upfront planning and skillful management can deliver long lasting results.

Social Media Marketing is Branding

| Think of all the ways that companies use branding to build awareness of themselves or to promote their social awareness and customer service values. A few things come to mind such as greeters at the entrance of my favorite store, go-green awareness issues, charity drives that "give back" to the community for every purchase made, TV screens playing music videos or news as you wait in line, and the list goes on.
None of these things lead directly to conversions but they do lead to higher company awareness and the good old fashioned fuzzy-feelings we get when we know that that we are valued as a customer. Most times we are probably not even be aware of these things on a conscious level. But the effect shows as we have a tendency to patron these companies more frequently than the other alternatives.

OVERCOMING THE OBSTACLES TO EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION

WHO DETERMINES QUALITY?

Quality is measured by our customer. Therefore, our goal should be to meet our client's requirements and expectations. This is a critical concept about quality. Sometimes there is a tendency to think that ‘quality' means the best advertisement, the best circulation and absolutely 100% open rates.

Key Ways to Convey Quality

| Let’s say that what differentiates your product or service from the competition’s is quality. It may seem like advertising “quality” would be a breeze, right? Unfortunately, it’s not. Customers hear the word “quality” all the time –often from companies selling low-quality products.
In this sense, quality is like trust. If a salesperson resorts to “You can trust me,” it’s often an indicator to beware. Accordingly, if a company is too direct in how it advertises “quality,” customers may ignore the claim or be suspicious of it. So how can you prove that your product or service is the real deal? SEO Quality Vs SEO Quantity

We all know it; we've always known it and we'll tell our own clients and anyone who'll listen until we're blue in the interface. It's ALL about quality not quantity. Quality outs. Quality ins. It's the quality of your link neighbourhood that matters not the volume of inbound links that carries most weight in Google's take on relevance and, ultimately, your search placement.
