Turning A 'No' Into A 'Yes'
I recently experienced a very clear example of Buying Facilitation®, when i used it to turn a failed buying situation into a purchase. I tell a shortened version of this story in my new book, Dirty Little Secrets; it bears repeating during this economic confusion when buyers are having difficulty getting to ‘yes’. I was at a client site running a Buying Facilitation® training. A part of the training includes real-time calls to clients prospects. In this situation, my client had requested that the team listen to me on a call first, so they could hear what BF actually sounded like real-time. They set up a phone meeting between me and a prospect who had called recently to say “Sorry. We won’t be purchasing your product,” after one year of 3 sales visits and 3 product trials.

Angel Investors- An Entrepreneurial Partnership
It's time for entrepreneurs to get real when raising capital and examine their relationship with potential angel investors. Discover what you need to do as a small business entrepreneur to prepare for bringing an angel investor on-board.

Truth-Telling Game
Intimacy is one of the most fulfilling aspects of relating with another. In opening oneself and revealing your innermost thoughts to another creates intimacy, understanding and deepens any relationship. The feeling of "being known" and "knowing another" authentically is fulfilling. One fun way to stir up the intimacy quotient is by playing the "Truth-Telling Game". It’s simple and easy, but not for the faint of heart. It’s about connecting to your truth in the moment, and then sharing that with another

Having Life Plan
People may call me lots of things, but one thing where most people will agree who know me is that I have a purpose to most everything I do; perhaps even to a fault. Playing a game of golf just for fun? Not so much. Playing a game of golf so I can build a relationship with someone or have quiet time to focus on something my mind has been racing about lately. Occasionally. (Actually about twice a year.) My life is usually aiming for something. I promise you I’m not writing this blog post just for “fun”. (What’s that?) So when I write about developing a life plan you can be sure it’s something I practice.

Your Role in Today's Economy is NOT to Increase Sales
The emerging role of the sales professional today is not to increase sales. Let me repeat that--- your role today is not to increase sales. Your role as a sales professional today is to systematically and consistently increase the number of customers who choose you to be their #1 supplier. You must become----The Supplier of Choice----which means you always get-----The First Call----and The Last look! Don't make the rookie mistake of thinking that your customers don't give last looks. If your customer doesn't give you the last look, then that means somebody else is getting it. It's time to evaluate the relationship equity you have built with that account.

Being Genuine: Stop Being Nice, Start Being Real - A Book Review
Being Genuine is simply stated, one of the best books I have read all year. It very clearly and effectively conveys a process for communicating with others in a genuine and non-judgmental way. Anyone who learns and practices his four simple steps will quickly discover that their everyday communication becomes clearer, less judgmental and less conflictual because they are taking responsibility for their feelings and actions and creating a space to connect. I have never come across an easier way to show people how they can get their needs met without fear of conflict.

Building Trust between Management and Employees
Employees are the ones that can in fact have a positive or negative effect not only on your company’s reputation but the success of your company as well. Those managers that are able to maintain and develop trust among their employees are the ones that have longer employee retention.

Communicating With Your Bank
Entrepreneurs need to be prepared with facts and effective communication skills when they visit their local bank, or when a new banking relationship is being established. Do not take it lightly. Follow this quick advice to get the most out of your relationship with your bank and bank managers.

Increase Sales by Understanding Your Sales Process
As a business coach, at some point early in my relationship with my clients I'll ask them to map out their sales process and it never ceases to amaze me that some of those really smart businesspeople have never sat down to look at how they sell, how they train their people to sell, and what works - or doesn't! I'll often get the response, "Well, we just sell it to them", which doesn't give one much traction when it comes to assessing or improving sales. The first two things you need to know in order to be able to assess your selling process are real answers to the questions, "Why do people buy what you sell?" and "Why do they buy it from you?"

Not of Mice and (Yes) Men
Working with a business coach is a great way to grease the wheels of a growing (or struggling) business. The coach-client relationship is a partnership based upon trust and respect; there is but one goal- the success of the client. Of ultimate importance is the ability to develop clarity around the client goals and intent. This can involve some very powerful searching and since the truth is essential, the coach is anything but a ‘yes-man’.

Cupid in the Workplace
Do you allow romance in the workplace? According to SHRM, 72% of companies surveyed have NO written policy regarding dating in the workplace. But at the same time, SHRM also found that 66% of the employees surveyed know of a relationship that developed at work. Has your organization addressed this issue? Where do you stand?

3 Things You Must Avoid When You Give Feedback
It’s always a sticky situation when you have to give or get negative feedback and this is just not a topic always covered in business school. It really is about understanding how to manage people relationship systems, a leadership core competency for the 21st Century. Read on for 3 guidelines for giving feedback so you can mentor employees to grow to the next level.

10 Things A Manager Needs To Do On The Very First Day
One of the biggest challenges for any new manager, is how to approach (and even survive) the very first day in their new appointment. Indeed what you do on day one, may well frame the relationship with your employees for years to come...

Part 2 - A business paradigm change is needed
This is not a call to arms, for a revolution nor is it a recipe for chaos. This is a call for understanding; for a paradigm change. More of the same will give us all more of the same – this is the recipe for chaos. Just look around. It is obvious from the state of the World economy, the mental health and the well being of the general population that something is out of kilter.

Have you Factored your Relationships into your Business plan?
Christmas is a time which highlights different aspects of our lives to us. Our Relationships (yes with a capital R for importance) is one such area. At Christmas, the lack of investment, perhaps the high turn over, and the profit or loss of our Relationships is put on a platter alongside the turkey.

Thoughts On Google And China
Google’s decision to second-guess its relationship with China has raised some interesting questions recently. Namely, whether Google’s decision sprang from their moral opposition to censorship, or simply from a decreased financial interest in a country with a much more popular search engine, known as Baidu. So far, the controversy appears to be more of a commercial, as opposed to a political dilemma. A private, business-related concern. But whenever the question of morality, of a battle between good (Google) and evil, comes into play in the news, you can be sure that the blogosphere will start freaking out.

IF YOU ARE GOING TO SAY SOMETHING - MAKE A STATEMENT
Just how many of these have you expressed to your customers in your marketing? If you have told people about these special accomplishments, did it move your relationship to a new level?

Learned a Marketing Lesson at the AME Conference
The relationship to that concept was demonstrated at the AME Conference. The attendees and exhibitors have been thru the top section of the hourglass and now are in the bottom half. Not to sound too clinical, but they were the Buyers of the program. The next step in the funnel is the Repeat stage. AME started marketing the next conference in Baltimore immediately after you signed up for this one.

Protect Yourself by Knowing Your Customers' Credit
Sad to say, I spend a fair amount of time these days trying to help clients get paid. (Of course, my strongest tool is a solid relationship with a smart collection lawyer!) There is nothing more frustrating to a small business owner who provides superior services than having to pursue the deadbeat customer who refuses to pay when the bill comes due.

On Your Six, Boss!
The relationship between employer and employee in small businesses is often a very personal one. There is more camaraderie, more trust and more interaction than one typically finds in a large company. Small business employers know the stories behind their employees and see them as people with families, mortgages, college tuitions, etc.

How much ACTION are you REALLY willing to take?
How happy are you with your life? Are you tired, wish you had a better job, relationship, more energy, a fitter body or improved relationships with friends and family? Do you want to feel more relaxed, happy and successful?

The Power of Apology Part 2
I covered a number of different angels on the apology in my last post, and yet there seems to be more.

Are you ready for a Mentor?
What is mentoring? Mentoring is a special relationship between a master and an apprentice. You can find good examples in modern culture: Obiwan Kanobee and Luke Skywalker from Star Wars and Cane (David Carradine) from the old Kung Fu TV series. In centuries past this was the only way to pass on critical knowledge of a craft. The mentor's role was to teach, coach and encourage.

How to Use Twitter for Sales Prospecting
Today I’d like to chat a little about how you can use Twitter to identify hot prospects and begin a conversation with them that can lead to the beginnings of a strong relationship. Not only that, but you can accomplish this without leaving your desk, and without even picking up your phone!

Your Relationahip Bank
With a strong and healthy relationship bank you can do anything in life. You can create a new business, make a valuable connection for a friend or colleague and even bring important people together for an event to benefit a cause or community! This is like earning your Masters in business networking.

The Three Phases of Relationship
First the "honeymoon" phase then the "power struggle" phase lastly the "integration" phase.

Networking For Relationships Or Transactions?
As leaders, we must recognize that we play a vital role in keeping the larger community strong by being generous with our networks, our knowledge, and enthusiasm, not just to close the next transaction. That’s networking at its best.

Score Big with Lead Scoring
Lead scoring can rapidly improve the relationship between Marketing and Sales by driving measurable revenues. Quickly get up to speed on the concept and determine your best path to leverage this increasingly popular marketing tool. Use Demand Metric’s downloadable Lead Scoring Index to rate the quality of your leads.

How to Build It Before You Need It, Every Day
“Build it before you need it.” That was one of the most important operating principles in Never Eat Alone – the idea that building your network and deepening relationships shouldn’t – in fact, CAN’T – be a machine that you fire up when you suddenly need a new job. Putting time and energy into relationship building should be a lifestyle constant.

Reinventing the Partnership with the Manufacturer
Distribution will always play a role in the supply channel. Manufacturers just can't do what distribution does effectively. But, distributors must recognize that change is upon them. They too must adjust to the evolution taking place in the supply chain. Today's distributors have the opportunity to reinvent the relationship and create a model that is mutually beneficial to both parties.

Resistance to change: inexplicable, irrational, and real
When it's time for us to change, we must make sure that we somehow integrate the new with the decisions and behaviors we've already created and maintain daily. Until or unless we are able to figure out how to reconfigure our rules and roles and relationship and ego issues, we will take no action at all - even if it means sticking with something that's less than successful. That's right: even with a 7% closing ratio, many many sales professionals would prefer to continue doing what they are doing rather than change and mess up what they have grown accustomed to and have rationalized and internalized.

Simon Cowell Girlfriend
It might be hard for some American Idol fans to believe that somebody out there could actually be in love with the ruthless judge they see each week hurling out insults at contestants with merciless force and at lightening speed. But, stranger things have happened. She says it isn’t easy being labeled the Simon Cowell girlfriend, but Terri Seymour wouldn’t trade her position for anything in the world.

Lesson #2: A Strong Team Leads the Trail to Tomorrow
“I’m only as good as my team,” says Ramsay. “Building a team is part of the foundation of a good business.”

Lesson #4: Every Entrepreneur Needs a Little Brand Aid
According to Clark, the secret to Baby Einstein’s success has been “a good concept and a brilliant branding strategy.”

Lesson #5: Make Business Personal through Your Relationships
When DeLuca opened up his first Subway store, it was a one-man operation. Occasionally, however, he would convince his mother to help him out. Together, they would drive around town every Friday to visit their four main vendors – the people who supplied them with all of their meat, bread, vegetables and paper. But it was not to pick up any of the supplies.

Lesson #4: Know Your Opportunities - and Your Limits
Entrepreneurship begins with a dream, and it means having the courage to follow through on that dream. But the danger that lurks for ambitious entrepreneurs is in not knowing how far to take that dream, and when it is time to call it quits.

Twitter for Business Building and Lead Generation (or as I prefer to call it, relationship building) - Part 2 of 2, Communicating with Your Followers
As discussed in the previous article of this series, you're finding and being found by interesting people, with whom to connect via automated and manual means and you experiment with the occasional tweet. Now what?

Follow-Up or Fall on Your Face
Guerrilla marketing preaches to the skies the importance of customer follow-up and prospect follow-up if you have even the vaguest notion of succeeding in business. Why do most businesses lose customers? Poor service? Nope. Poor quality? Nope. Well, then why? Apathy after the sale. Most businesses lose customers by ignoring them to death. A numbing 68% of all business lost in America is lost due to apathy after the sale.

Don\'t Keep Score
Hey, with the national political process well underway, wouldn't it be cool if you had grown up with the President-to-be and he owed you a big favor? WRONG! (Sorry, trick question.) As tempting as that may sound, this kind of thinking will actually lead you to real failure in life on so many dimensions.

Marketings Greatest Enemy
You work like crazy trying to attract attention and business, operating from a marketing calendar, committing to your strategy and doing everything right, resulting in an influx of customers -- but you lose them. They never come back.

Money as a Social Barrier
Check out this study by Prof. Kathleen Vohs of the University of Minnesota (Go Gophers!). She tested the hypothesis that thinking about money can create social barriers. Here is a description of what she did:

Recruiting a New Director
In the life of most companies with an active board of directors, it occasionally becomes necessary to recruit a new director.

A business without a dream is like a life without a purpose
I launched my present company, E-Myth Worldwide, in 1977 to transform the way small business owners do the work of growing their companies. Since then we have coached, trained and taught over 50,000 small business owners in more than 145 countries on how to transform their business to produce consistently better results. What we learned from those 50,000-plus owners could fill a dozen books.

Some are naturals, but everyone can get better
We were recently doing Relationships for Revenue Growth training for some of the sales force of a large technical company, and throughout the day, we had great discussions about the power of turning business relationships into personal relationships.

You can choose the kind of relationship
you have with anyone, even people you must work with for only a few minutes. Tom Peters writes of a losing his luggage recently and how the following lesson he learned from former Texas governor Ann Richards helped him choose the kind of relationship that produced both the best results and more joy in life:

Does Your Firm Suffer from Feature Creep?
I have a software development client that is always complaining about "feature creep." This is their industry term for a software development project that continues to grow as users determine they need little add ons along the way. Next thing you know, nobody can really remember what the software was supposed to do because it doesn't really do any one thing particularly well after the weight of the creep carries it down.

Surface chats at B-school
Dawn Morrow, an MBA candidate at the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, wrote this to me after I spoke there recently. Great observations about the surface chats that happen at B-school and everywhere else.

When Free Is Just Too Expensive
Offering free stuff as a marketing tactic is an accepted practice in most industries.

The Art of Passion
I was moved to write another manifesto on the nature of Dreaming in relationship with Passion.

People You Don't Like
I’ve been asked many times, “How do I build a relationship with a person I just don’t like?” And typically, we’re talking about the workplace – a customer or boss or associate. My answer is usually, “Not everyone is going to be your best friend, but if you’re forced to deal with a person, why not make the relationship more personal and real? Wouldn’t you want a better relationship for the sake of success, mutuality, and most importantly, less angst and more joy?”

The Most Valuable Question You May Ever Ask
As you begin to take action toward the fulfillment of your goals and dreams, you must realize that not every action will be perfect.

Gossip
We frequently hear little jokes about gossip, like the two people who were talking and one said, "I can't tell you any more. I've already told you more than I heard." In that line is much of the tragedy about gossip, which can and often has destroyed a person's reputation. Gossip always damages relationships and specifically with the person you are gossiping about. For example, once you have said something unkind about a person, you will feel uncomfortable around him or her and your relationship will suffer.

Q&A - Problem with a mentor
Here's a tough situation a NeverEatAlone reader is having with his mentor (and that's the first problem -- only having 1 mentor!). My quick two cents follows. Also check out Chapter 29 in Never Eat Alone, "Find Mentors, Find Mentees, Repeat."

The TRUST Selling Process
The better prepared you are, the greater the chance for success. Preparation compensates for a lack of talent! The R is for “Relate,” which is building trust and rapport with the prospect. The focus in this step is on the prospect, not on you. This step is a continuous process. You should relate to the prospect through the entire process. You are continually establishing, building and maintaining trust and rapport.

Are There Holes In Your Network?
Once you build a little trust with your clients they often come to rely upon you for more than the scope of your products or services. “I know you’re my accountant, but do you know anyone who can fix my garage door?”

Tip of the week - Great recruiting takes great relationships
When people are considering new job opportunities, I always tell them "Make sure you consider who you'll be working with, who will be mentoring you, and who you can get access to because of this job. Usually that's more important than the money or even the work you'll be doing because it's the PEOPLE that will make the biggest impact in your career and your life."

Little Things Make a Big Difference
There's an old saying that "by the mile it's a trial, and by the inch it's a cinch." The reason the saying is old is because it's good, it's valid. If it were not, it would be dead and buried. For 24 years of my adult life, by choice I weighed well over 200 pounds. I say "by choice" because I have never "accidentally" eaten anything, so when I choose to eat too much, I have chosen to weigh too much. Every choice has an end result.

Talking To Yourself
One of the most moving experiences of my life took place on Sept. 13, 1997, when I was autographing books. . .One lady who asked for an autograph had such a compelling expression on her face that I knew I had to listen carefully to what she had to say. She shared with me that when she got the self-talk card that was included in one of my audiotape programs, she couldn't even read the first list of qualities that she was supposed to claim.

Guerrilla New Business

Lighten Up / Tighten Up
As I was writing my previous post about The Constipation of Scale I got an email from a co-investor talking about a CEO / CTO conflict. It had an interesting phrase in it that I realized applies to many CEO / CTO relationships – “CEO needs to lighten up and CTO needs to tighten up.”

Drive-By Flattery
If someone you know has done amazing work, don't just thank or compliment the person. Tell his or her boss. I call this drive-by flattery and do it all the time.

Talk to Your Boss about Your Next Job
Guess what? If you've built a strong relationship with your boss, you should be talking to him or her about your next job. It's stupid to pretend you will be at your current job forever when everybody's thinking about their next move.

Connect for the Success of Your Child
You attended Back-To-School Night and you're on helping-with-homework duty, but that's not all you should be doing this new school year.

Posting relevant comments on blogs is networking
I happen to think that many small business folks would find networking on the web as valuable as networking at, say, the next Chamber event. There are many ways to do networking on the web but I happen to think one of the easiest is to participate in blogs you enjoy by frequently posting relevant content. Blog comment posting is very much like standing around chatting with a group of folks at a networking event (except you don’t have to balance the Swedish meatball plate on your wine glass.)

Young Boss, Older Worker
In today’s multi-generational workplace, it’s not unusual for an older worker to have a younger boss. In order for that relationship to survive, both partners have to capitalize on each other’s experiences and strengths.

How to Stay Energized in Your Job Search
Several people have written me recently asking the same question: How do I stay energized and keep my confidence up while I'm looking for work? I know it can be hard, but try to focus on the idea that a period out of work is an opportunity - a time to home in on what's important, both personally and in your career journey. To help you (or someone you know) with that, I've put together some relationship-centric tips to help job hunters stay proactive.

Looking for Mr. Goodtweet: How to Pick Up Followers on Twitter
At 10:15 pm I discovered that I had not brought a Macbook power supply on the trip. I was in a hotel on Coronado Island, and early the next morning I was flying to an aircraft carrier off San Diego for an overnight visit. I doubted that the carrier had Macbook power supplies laying around, so I was in trouble. I posted a message to Twitter that I was in this predicament, and within ten minutes, five people offered to bring me a power supply. I took one of them up on the offer, and he delivered it to me within an hour.

What marketers actually sell
Not powder or chemicals or rubber or steel or silicon or talk or installations or even sugary water. What marketers sell is hope.

Save Yourself from a Missed Opportunity
Presence. Persona. Personality. 'Tude. Whatever you call it, we all have our own unique way of interacting with the people around us. Being aware of how your "way" differs from others can help save you from a bad first impression sinking what might have become a powerful relationship for you both.

The confusion
We frequently confuse internal biochemistry (caused by habits and genetics) with external events. If we didn't, marketing wouldn't work nearly as well.

Give Your VCs Assignments
Over the weekend, Mark Suster wrote a great post titled How To Communicate with your Investors between Board Meetings. Mark continues to just tear it up with great advice for entrepreneurs. However, he left out one thing from the post – which is one of my favorite pieces of advice for entrepreneurs. Give your venture capitalists (and board members) assignments Mark alludes to this in many of his suggestions but he never comes out and says it. And, amazingly to me, many entrepreneurs either don’t ever think of this or don’t feel comfortable doing it. They should.

Mentors and Protégées
A mentor is someone - perhaps a family member, friend or business associate - who is more experienced in the business who is willing to give you some of their time, advice and support. Mentors never do this for money. They enter into the relationship because they want to help you. They see some potential in you and maybe a little of themselves in you. They want to help and you must be ready.

Try treating complete strangers as though they were your closest friends and you’ll immediately become valuable to them.

Live Happily Ever After with Realistic Expectations
We all think we’re going to fall in love with Prince (or Princess) Charming and live the rest of our days together in a Disney fairytale “happily ever after.” I don’t know anyone who has lived “happily ever after” all day, every day, day in and day out as the Disney fairytale romances suggest. However, you can live happily ever after if your relationship is based upon realistic expectations.

Why the Relationship is So Important to the Sales Outcome
Many people have written extensively on the topic of relationships and selling. One common topic is that people only buy from people they like and the other is how to develop strong relationships. There is nothing wrong with either of those topics but they surely miss the mark in two important areas.

The Relationship Between the Relationship and the Sales Outcome Part 2
Have you ever worked with salespeople that were so bad you thought, "She couldn't close a door!"? And have you ever worked with salespeople that were so good that you thought, "She could sell white to rice!"?

Anger Rising
Anger is a feeling that is or has been a challenge for most of us to accept and express in healthy ways. Collectively, we receive a multitude of messages about anger being ‘bad’ or ‘negative’ or ‘wrong’.

Taking a “Processing” Break
What do I mean by processing? Evaluating, judging, blaming, comparing, worrying, 'trying hard' to think one's way out of a problem, analyzing, getting caught up in the why’s - all are ways that, as humans, we can process with our minds.

Becoming a Rainmaker
The most effective approach to improving marketing skills is one that results in a fundamental shift in a person's perception of himself, others and the whole marketing process. Marketing is not simply a "numbers game." A person in any field of endeavor can learn to view marketing as an opportunity to do something positive for others, for their company and ultimately for themselves.

Top 20 Requirements - How Salespeople Can Be Better at Closing
While salespeople can get better at closing, closing is an outcome, and with the exception of real estate and banking, not really an event. When we evaluate sales forces and look at their ability to close, they may possess some of the strengths and skills that are part of the Sales Core Competency called Closing, but most of those attributes are used prior to, not during, closing time. The ability to close depends on the following 20 variables (in no particular order) that a salesperson brings to the table - or not:

Home Based Business - Getting to Yes With Prospects
In a home based business you must relentlessly make efforts to get the clients to choose your products and services. It's What You Don't Say that Runs the Show
I learned so much from my first life and business coach; lessons that I'm still using today in both my business and in my life as well as with my own coaching clients, some 20-plus years later. The Power Is In The Follow Up
Many small businesses forget that, after a sale, their customers want to know that the sale is not the end of the relationship. Business is very much about relationships - the more you have, and the deeper they are, the more likely you are to succeed. Here are four quick tips on using networking to your advantage.

Heart broken? How to let go and move on to be truly happy again.
You felt like the Universe conspired to bring the two of you together against all odds and all the signs were positive and pointed in the direction of the two of you being together. Astrologers said you were meant for each other, people said you looked great together, most of the time, you were on Cloud 9, when together, photographs of you two looked fabulous, friends thought you were "the couple", you pre-empted each other's desires so often, and were so so sensitive to each other's moods. You fit almost like hand in glove most of the time, you danced and sang to the same rhythm and ate the same food and loved the same wine. You were made for each other. Two lost souls who were incomplete and sad and lonely, found each other.....and then...one day, it was all over. How do you let go of a relationship like this?

Relationship = to relate with a significant other person lovingly everyday.
Look at it as a verb "to relate with a significant other person lovingly everyday" not a noun. It is a verb – continuous – you are in a relationship for as log as you are relating with this person. And if you are doing it so lovingly then you are in a goooood relationship! Whose responsibility is a relationship? 50-50? 80-20? In my opinion, each partner has to give 100% in order for a relationship to work. A real loving relationship is a partnership of mutual support and mutual pleasure and mutual respect.

TRUST YOUR PARTNER IMPLICITLY – OR don’t be in the relationship!
Simply put, intimacy, love and trust go together. In order to be intimate (physically, emotionally or spiritually), we have to let our guard down and be vulnerable. This requires a sense of emotional safety on both sides, and a belief that our partner will not betray or intentionally hurt us.

Love Strategies - How to make your relationship satisfying

Questions to ask before Writing a Proposal
A lot of time gets wasted on proposal-writing. Before we invest this effort, there are some basic questions worth asking. Not only do these questions filter out time-wasters, they actually enhance our chances of winning the bid.For example, most professionals are aware of the risk when our entire relationship with the client organisation hinges on one person. But do we consistently translate this into a strategy to build relationships with other key decision-influencers? A question such as “Who else has a key stake in the success of this?” can open some significant doors for the future.Learning to ask the right questions not only saves wasted time and effort, it enhances our credibility as potential suppliers. And it dramatically cuts down that awful task of chasing a proposal on which we have heard nothing since we sent it in.

The Social Entrepreneur as CEO/Business Leader
Towards the end of my corporate career almost 20 years ago there was much talk about how human resources executives would soon be the new breed of CEO’s. This hasn’t eventuated! Accountants, lawyers, and engineers still dominate CEO ranks. In many cases this means logic overrides intuition, in personal and organisational decision making, rather than the ability and willingness to find the relationship harmony point between logic and intuition. Could a change be in the air? Human resources executives will probably still not become the new breed of CEO, however my sense is that Social Entrepreneurs will.

Uncovering your unique gift and learning how to tap into your creative energy are defining steps that allow for the release of ideas and desires that further enhance your ability to create, resulting in the potential of living a fulfilling and meaningful life. Understanding the potential of your unique creativity, and then actively and consciously creating leads to greater success in manifesting the results you want for your life.
