| The way we choose to communicate is important. You are not responsible for how others interpret your information, but you are responsible for your method of communication. We want to be considerate of others and have our intention be understood at the same time. There is a lot more going on than just our words. Our emotions behind our words, our intention behind our message, our vocal tones, and our body language will affect the way our message is received.
There is a difference between responding versus reacting. If you react too quickly from your emotions it doesn’t give you a chance to discern or internalize and you are allowing your emotions to control you.
